Went to this location as I was being surprised with getting a necklace. Walked into the place and had seen everyone was busy with customers. That's fine, totally understandable. However, after 15 minutes of no one even greeting us or saying someone will be with you in a minute" or acknowledging we were there waiting was rather upsetting. We left due to this reason. Won't go here again."

My husband and I went to look and buy a ring and we had such excellent service. Trista was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. We took alot of her time but she never made us feel rushed. Thank you so much for her hard-work and attentiveness to our needs. A great store to find what you are looking for! Clean, bright, lots of selection and great staff!

Another great experience at the Kenaston store! I recently went there to buy a ring for my granddaughter’s 21st birthday. I had the pleasure of working with Dodgie Dator who is a brilliant designer. The ring is beautiful. My granddaughter will treasure it always. Working with Dodgie and the staff at Kenaston was a great experience I intend to repeat!

Josh was so kind and caring. I had my mom's engagement ring reset into a new settings for me and it is beautiful. I also had her wedding band fixed so I could keep the original and wear it on a necklace. The other staff too were so kind. It was a very emotional purchase for me and I know my mom and dad were looking down so pleased with the work done. Sorry I talked your ear off Josh. I only had one issue with one of the employees but I can't recall his name. Thank you again so much. And too being so kind in helping me with the doors most don't realize how hard it is when you are disabled.

Do not get watch batteries changed here! They used to do it for free and now they have charge after charge in a sad attempt to upsell with no reason. $5 extra to have it done that day, while their technician was clearly just sitting on their phone doing nothing, ya really backed up with work there Appelt's. Also tells me after that my watch is no longer water resistant but for an extra charge it could be again, what a joke. Horrible service all around, just don't give them your business, you mean nothing to them.

I rated this a 1 star only due to the fact I had no choice. I brought watches here for battery replacements and always 1 out of the 2 I would bring in would need more than just a battery at a cost of around $120 to fix. After the third time and not fixing the watches they claim need more work I sent an email with my concerns to Jeff. He told me I was free to take the watches elsewhere. I did in fact do just that and the $10 battery that was put into my watches seem to work just fine. Bad customer service from the owner. I support local and this place is not one I will ever support again.

For years I talked about replacing the lost stone of a beloved ring, but didn't know where to go. I had heard good things about Appelt's Diamonds, and dropped in to see if they could help me. Trista and the gang there were wonderful, taking time to let me know what my options were. For years the ring sat in my jewelry box, and now I'm thrilled to be wearing it once more - with pride.

I visited the store on Kenaston on two occasions; to have a jewelry design estimate and a jewelry repair estimate. Both estimate costs for the work were outrageous. I visited other like-businesses and found that the service was less then half their cost.

Always have had a great experience here! Have got watch batteries replaced and even bought wedding bands/engagement ring! I’ve always dealt with Sydney! She was very patient with me in explaining the process/helping me choose an engagement ring for my wife! Wouldn’t get jewelry anywhere else!

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Appelt's Kenaston and was super impressed with the service. Iryna made the entire process easy, comfortable and stayed on top of things the whole time. I have nothing but good things to say and can't recommend this location enough for any of your diamond or jewellery needs!
