Wetzel's Pretzels

Ordered a pretzel in light salt and they smothered it with too much salt. I asked how fresh it was. They said it's only been out for 10 minutes, and was still fresh. It was not as it was hard to bite into. Plus, the place looks like a fire hazard in the middle of a fairly busy mall. No fire extinguisher can be seen anywhere, and their first aid kit looks extremely rusty.

Dirty. Do not expect smiley greeting. It was about 5pm today and about 5 people were lined up. Lemonade taste like chemical and warm 'ICED' tea from fountain. I even found a hair in the iced tea. It was busy but the pretzel bites I bought was cold enough. I heard nothing from the cashier. Looking at you and not talking. you need to catch her eyes. Do not expect any response after your order. She won't even look at you. Do not say Excuse me..... She won't listen to you. If there was a kiosk, I would rather communicate with the computer instead of talking to the cashier. The only person who impressed me was the person who cut the dough. One star is only for him. I strongly recommend people not to buy drink and probably pretzels.

Great place to eat if you don't mind them swapping cash and food without washing thier hands and giving customers sass. T

They should call this place Wet Dog Pretzels" it makes this entire end of the mall stink. Please move to the food court or get better ventilation!"
