This place is amazing. First off the prices are so cheap and for the portions you get it’s probably the best in town. I could barely finish my plate and I was hungry. Quality was also good and service was great. They have huge line ups so expect to wait long during peak lunch hours.

I mean it's all about personal taste. Syl's is average.The breakfast is decent. The steak is passable. But the coffee isn't so great.Atmosphere, unremarkable and loud. The service is fine.

Really good. Decent prices...staff was very kind and helpful. Sat on the patio it was lovely, inside was very busy with a line for the bathroom and line up for the pay till. Very nice food options though! Good drink selection too.

Syl’s is a must-visit every time we are in town. Friendly staff, great food, very reasonably priced. We had the bruschetta, I had a buffalo chicken wrap and Caesar salad, and my partner had the fish tacos. All washed down with a Syl’s Lager and a Syl’s Tipsy Lemonade.

Syl’s was the perfect choice for our dinner. We were staying at the Hampton Hotel next to it and when the weather worsened, their delivery service was perfect option!Ordering online was super easy. The software they use makes it fun and easy to place your order! The option to pay for the food was not working so I called the restaurant to ask how I could pay for my delivery. They confirmed it was not working but that we could pay the driver.The food came quickly and the driver was able to bring it right up to our room. He was friendly and chatty while we took care of paying the bill. The handheld machine asked the usual questions… I added a tip as we were truly appreciative that we did not have to go out to get our dinner.After I handed him the machine back, he then let me know that the total included a $10 delivery fee (which I had not noticed as I had not looked at the bill on my delivery bag yet). It is not abnormal by any means to have a delivery charge added but slightly sneaky to purposely mention it after the transaction has been approved. But since he was polite, seemed to be a nice guy, and had come out in this weather, we let it go without making a fuss.The food was very good confirming what we had read in the reviews! We tried their Pogo, Hot Hamburger, and Club Sandwich. The portions were large and the food tasted like it was homemade. Yumminess all the way around.

I will start by saying Nicole was amazing! Great service made our experience much better. Food wise we ordered the smoked salmon eggs Benedict I personally was not a fan of the combination and felt it needed something to reduce the fishy taste. The breakfast poutine was good and the cake was good. I would go back to try other stuff. The prices where very affordable (15$ for the smoked salmon and around the same for the poutine.

Stopped by as I was travelling and early for a meeting I had that afternoon, What a fun treat! Breakfast was very good, the deco was cool (nice Parks n Rec quote) and they made me a mocha even though it's not on the menu.

Very good yummy food nice portions too. I really really loved it, they are great, friendly and fast in service. I'm recommending everyone to eat there as I find it's one of the best places to eat in North Bay. Way to go Syl!!!

Everything was amazing! There was 12 of us and we were seated quickly and all the food came out quickly! The food was so good. All the staff was so nice! Don’t need to question whether or not to get dessert the answer is yes, cause everything is amazing!!!

Great place to eat! Food, service, and atmosphere are awesome. Food is reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
