I haven't been here in 15 years. I don't recommend the fries. The veal cutlet with mushroom sauce was good, and so were the veggies. The service was excellent

An extremely disappointing experience. To start with we were offered a seat whose seat cover was ripped. Even though most of the seats were available, we were offered the one with a torn seat. The server, not the same person who offered us the seats, didn't seem very interested in serving. Maybe because we were the last customers of the day. I ordered soda with lime wedge and received a very flat soda. I complained and she replaced it with another one which was even flatter! She didn't even bother to ask me if the replacement was ok. Coming to the main dishes, the lemon wedge was hiding under the mashed potatoes. The basa was floating in butter. The house salad had bad lettuce pieces. My wife ordered fish and chips and the coleslaw was under the fries. After eating half the fries she realized the coleslaw was hiding underneath. The server did ask how our food was during the meal. So overall it was a disappointing experience.

The burger was fantastic, had a homemade patty, and all the toppings were fresh. The server was friendly and quick with everything. The building is a gem. Couldn't recommend it more. We loved every minute.

Stopped by for Father's day brunch and the food was fantastic but service was non-existent. Eggs Benedict, ham and brisket carving stations, 12+ dessert options, chocolate fountain. Throughout the meal there was no one available to clear plates (we ended up just stacking them on a nearby table) and I honestly couldn't figure out who our sever was supposed to be. At the end of the meal we asked to get our bill, but it wasn't until 10 minutes later when we put on our jackets and headed to the front that we were actually able to pay. 5/5 potential ruined because our server didn't bother to check in for the extremely limited responsibilities for a buffet meal.

Service is good , food is not that bad, price is ok but all in all experience doesn't have a wow factor, something that you will always going back for any occasion , something that you will always come back for more.

This is a great choice for adults and kids. Not too loud generally and Lots to keep your visual senses engaged like a fake train car, history about the engineering that was built around the station and other unknown facts. We ate upstairs but there is a bar/pub downstairs with pool table, etc. Food was VG as well as the service. Fetucini chicken Tuscany was good, plentiful and had lots of flavour. All other dishes were excellent, burger, beefdip and mexican pizza, all worth getting. Beefdip gravy had to be sent back as it had cooled off but came back hot and newly poured. Will be back as it is only a hop away from Chestermere. Located midway through Strathmore on HWY 1.

We first sat at a table that was way too high for the bonket - the table was up to our chest. Then moved to another table where there was no overhead light, despite a electric socket overhead - had to use phone flashlight to see the menu. The appetizer was delicious and the waitress was accommodating. It's a good thing the waitress memorized the alcohol menu as they don't provide one at all from what we could see. We were going to stay for dinner but didn't want to dine in the dark.

Food was pretty good all around. We ordered the Taco Salad, Stationmaster Burger, mini cheeseburgers, and cheese pizza. The flavour in the burgers were great, fries tasty, pizza kid approved! It just took a very long time to get our orders in and receive our food.

A busy place on weekends! But they managed to get a party of 12 in. It took a while for food but everyone enjoyed. Little mix up in the kitchen resulting in us missing a meal but they got it out fairly quick and compted it plus were very apologetic. The restaurant is a fun train theme, bathrooms were very well kept especially for peak hours. The food was very good, shared a platter and it was different but I enjoyed. The hot wings are a must have, some of the best I've had! This is a great option if you're staying locally or even driving through! Highly recommend!

Hello! I was here this weekend for an event where large 4 tables were asked to be reserved for a group of around 35 people.The food was delicious and the decor and ambience inside was comfy and warm.The bathrooms were clean. And plenty of space for parking.The major con was that knowing there would be such a big group of people before hand (reservation made) that management would have thought to have more then 1 waitress for our room. She was a friendly older women but since she was the only one it took forever to get our drinks and our food orders in. She even forgot our menus since she was so overwhelmed with our group orders.She did a GREAT job handling all 35+ people but I lay the blame on management for not placing 2 waiters in our area. Thankfully 2 younger people helped her bring out all the food when it was ready as by then many of us were very hungry.Would recommend this place but I ask that management look into adding min 2 waiters for large groups.
