The staff were absolutely amazing talking to my son (who just loves tea) about his preferences and suggesting teas he might like. Never once did we feel rushed or like they didn't have time for us. The teas we got were amazing

David's tea is quality, I love it. This particular store always seems to be out of stock of holiday options. First they were out of stock of the magic potion. Today they're out of stock of the candy cane Matcha, it's not that close to Christmas. I feel they need to order more quantities. Staff was less than helpful or sympathetic.

We went to purchase a tea press, never using one but thinking it would be something new and fun to try while also inquiring about the save %20 on loose leaf tea promotion" currently on and the sign outside the store said to ask staff inside for more details; unfortunately for us the male employee wasn't in the mood to answer any questions

Great staff, always work with me with my allergies and very understanding of my speech issues. Good product as well, as seasonal rotation keep the teaware and tea selection fresh. Rewards program for both thier beverages steeped in house and for every doller spent.

Pricey but great tea. Disappointed they discontinued the Earl Grey Roobios. Though they do have a large variety of Roobios teas to choose from.
