My jetta was in need of tinted windows, so I contacted Chance since his reviews were excellent and I was not disappointed ! The communication between us and his work was flawless. I was fortunate to find Chance in the Ottawa region 4 years ago and so far did 8 ceramic tint jobs for my vehicles since then. All the jobs he was tasked of doing came out excellent and couldn’t ask for a better job. If you need a tint for your ride, this is the place. Also their new dog Roscoe will definitely put a smile on your face!

I got my car tinting today by Lights Out Tinting. I have to say, it has been a extremely long time to find a company that actually takes pride in the work that they do; and treats their customers with the greatest respect. Chance and Jay (I believe that was his name) did the best tint that I ever had.The whole process from start to finish, Chance took the time to answer all my questions (even the stupid ones), and went out of his way to ensure he understands what your expectations are, so he can not only meet but exceed in meeting the customer needs.I had the privilege to watch these guys work, and not only they look like they are having fun (which is important, they like what they do) but they are paying close attention to details. My car for some reason wasn't playing nice, but Chance did not give up nor settled; he made sure that the tint met his standards, which is set extremely high. If the tint didn't meet his expectations, he made no issues to redo it. Not only he talks the talk, but he walks the walk, showing prided in his work; treating customer cars like if it was his own car that he was working on.I don't have really any complaints. His prices are fair to a little high. On the other hand you get what you pay for, and in all fairness things have gone up to ridiculous amount, which is something out of his control.I am always hesitant to recommend people to a business, cause I do take to heart if I recommend a person to a business and they don't have a positive experience. In this case, I can sleep at night recommending Lights Out Tinting to anyone who wants a properly installed high quality product on their vehicles for years to come. I will be definitely be using him again for all my Tinting needs.Thanks again Chance and Jay ... keep up the good work and great customer services! They managed to squeeze me in on very short notice. They did great work, very friendly, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend. These guys have tinted all over the world and clearly know what they are doing.

Chance did a fantastic job on my new GLI. He's super professional and meticulous. I didn't had a single bubble after the installation and in the following weeks. The cut is perfect. I highly recommend him!
