The installer was extremely helpful and engaging. He took the time to understand and troubleshoot the issue with a test drive.The issue seemed to have been resolved. Unfortunately, under different driving conditions, the braking is very erratic, locking up the brakes at the wrong time.

Nothing! The installer was 1/2 hour late for the appointment, (I was there 10 minutes early), U-Haul had a mess of excuses about why it would take longer than estimated. I understand that when working on a car, time sometimes has no meaning, but don't show up late for work and then blame the allowed time for your failure to do the job. I will say that the girl at the front counter was polite and courteous, and I think she was a tad embarrassed at the way things went. I paid for the hitch and will do the installation myself.

The hitch that was supposed to be installed was bent when it arrived. It cost me 3 hours of time from work to find out that I couldn’t get me hitch installed. I was told it takes two to three days for a new one to arrive and it’s been over a week with no word of the new hitch
