My dryer was no longer heating, and I broke my outdoor clothesline :( Called the first appliance place that came up when I googled dryer repair moncton". They only repaired appliances they sold so they gave me Robert's number. I called Friday morning. By noon

Amazing service. We were able to get an appointment much faster than with other companies. He came later than expected because he had been busy, but I was impressed that he didn't just cancel and still came to the rescue. He was professional and very nice and even took off his boots at the door when he came in, and that's much more than I can say for most home maintenance services. He was very quick to pinpoint the issue and fix it, and it cost much less than we had feared. Recommending his services to all of my friends!

Terrible. Called him Friday June 3, booked appointment for following Wednesday June 8. No call, no show. So I called him that Wednesday afternoon, spoke to him and he said he'd call us before arriving that afternoon shortly. Had to call him again at 5pm no answer. Do not use this clown! Awful service. Zero point in making an appointment he will not show up or call you anyway.Edit* oh yes, let me add that he called us at 6pm Wednesday night saying he could come out, taking zero accountability for the fact that he had wasted 4 days of our time only to not show up or call us Wednesday. Took a day off for no reason, should've used someone else. Then he responds to this review trying to save face. Joke

Called to make an appointment 5 days in advance. Told the gentleman on the phone what I needed done. My job involves a alot of travel so I wasn't able to be there. Wanted a washer and dryer swapped out for new ones I had found for my parents. He said no problem he said had all the equipment on hand to make it a 1 person job. Said he would be there Monday morning. Never called them to 3 in the afternoon said all these reasons why he couldn't do it by himself. Left my folks in his more than capable hands" and he didn't show up. after my folks had moved and cleaned out the area. For the new washer and dryer. Leaving my 70 year old mother scrambling to find someone to finish the job. Because I was out of the country. What a farce please avoid at all cost."

Called him about a washer issue. He asked me to send him an email which I did. He never responded . I followed up and he ignored that as well.I wish I read the reviews here before having my time wasted because this seems to be consistent behaviour.
