It was my first time here and I was not impressed with the food. The service was fine, they were nice but the food was lacking. My friend and I ordered the pork chow mein and the tofu eggplant vegetable dish. The noodles for the pork chow mein was not what we were expecting, it was crunchy and stale. I was expecting normal chow mein noodles but that was not the case. The dish was overly sauced too, there wasn't any other flavour other than the sauce itself. The pork was cut very small and thin. It was the same thing for the tofu eggplant dish. It was drenched in sauce, there was nothing special about it. The sauce was super salty too. The vegetables in both dishes were fine but it wasn't good for what it was worth.

Everything has been great on the menu but the Sichuan style braised beef noodle soup is always a winner.

After hearing it's the best in town I finally found out for myself - and can confirm it is! The staff are so friendly and remember past orders, the service is quick, and the dishes are both consistent and delicious. The Beef & Brocolli is my go-to, I love that they add in mushrooms.

This restaurant serves delicious Chinese food at low prices. Also, the food is served very quickly. My favorite dishes at this restaurant are the House Special Fried Rice and House Special Chow Mein. You should try them when you visit this restaurant.By the way, it is recommended to make a reservation for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays as it gets very crowded.

I live so close and yet hadn't been here until now. Kind of easy to miss spot on Fort St, but if you are craving Chinese food this is a good spot. Food was incredibly quick to come out, and was served hot. Spicy Beef Satay was my favorite, also tried the Cashew Chicken which was a bit mushroom heavy for my taste. I didn't think the dishes listed as spicy were very spicy at all. I will return, great value!

I ordered pick up. It has been a number of years since I've been in Victoria. I remembered this place being consistently delicious. I'm afraid all I will have is my memories. The ginger beef looked and tasted day old. The cashew chicken was bland. The pork in dark sweet sauce was okay.

Just ordered through Ubereats and I'm really disappointed with the portion size. I ordered the garlic prawns and snow peas veggie dish for $18.95 and it came in a small, round aluminum container. I also ordered their wonton noodle soup with extra noodles and wontons (which was $20.95).Wontons came correctly but noodles was only one person portion. It's really disappointing and even factoring inflation costs, it's way too expensive for the small portion. Food is okay so far, but definitely portions are really small.

First time visiting this place. We got ma po tofu, bbq duck, Szechuan wonton and wonton soup. The duck was really tender, juicy and full of favors. Wontons were delicious. My husband got it with soup and I got it spicy. We didn’t like the tofu much. It wasn’t spicy enough and it tastes little different than we normally had in other places. But my husband liked how they added mushrooms to it.
