Worst customer service ever! The receptionist doesn't respect the customers, likes to confront back and forth, instead of acting as a professional. In addition the manager hang up the call. Not professional!!

Pino and Jonathan Crisostimo were exceptional and knowledgeable in the estate sale they did for us. Our lawyer even commented on how their quick thinking to add probate clauses to our sale agreement saved us due to the fact that we had to extend closing. They guided us through the entire process and never left us in the dark. I am extremely pleased and would recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate team!

Not professional and not responsive dealing and with one of the realtors here at Capital North. They give good realtors a bad name. You do not want to work with Emilio Gervasi. Absolutely unprofessional and rude.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSThe realtors that work here are scammers. They will lie to you just to bring you in but only want your commission check. Jordan Lau would avoid my phone calls and even would lie to my face about what is going on in the situation. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place!! You don't this place representing you and your home.

the worst real estate people I've ever dealt with. I am in the process of buying one of a property that they're on selling side of. I'm having such a hard time dealing with them. I confirmed with other 2 people that they've faced similar difficult issues with these people.
