Last big snow fall it took 3 days before the driveway was plowed and now it's been snowing all night and all day and my driveway is still untouched. Only hire these guys if you like digging your self out of your driveway and still expect to pay for service.

I have to give a shining 5-star for Neighbour snowAfter yesterday's cataclysmic snowfall, the city snow-plough came by and gave us a 3-ft snow bank with solid ice, blocking my wife's car and she cannot go and pickup my kid. I call Neighbour Snow in distress and guess what? They arrive within 3 mins and clear the snow bank for me.Marvellous!!Simply the the best!

Zero star service. Always leaves 1-2cm of snow, never once cleared to the pavement, aweful customer service, called to have huge hump left in the middle of my laneway and no one came out. Manager never returns calls or texts. Wife damaged our car because of the pile of snow left behind. Never come to this snow removal company. Not worth the time, or money, because you will be out there shovelling anyways

Professional job reliable never missed a snow fall , never had to call them they just show up at your front steps , there is no neighbors in the 4 blocks radius that uses neighbors snow removal that makes me the only one in that area they are there when you need them , for what I pay you will never find a better service, Liam cares about his clients always nice on the phone when talking to him , and Kyle does the top job .THANK YOU NEIGHBORS SNOW REMOVAL

It is difficult to find a reliable snow removal company and I highly recommend NeighborSnow. They not only responded to my email within minutes, they also showed up 30-minutes later, in time for my departure. In the same day they came back to clear what city ploughs left at the base of the driveway. Thank you for the great service!

I cannot say enough good things about the services that Neighbor Snow provides. They showed up before and after city snow removal to take care of the giant mounds that can be left. As for the rare occurrence that my house had been missed. A call would be followed quickly by someone coming down personally and removing the snow. Great service and will be a repeat customer. Highly recommended.

Best snow company, this is my second season. During the storm they came for the 3 time to help me and get my car unstuck. Phone to door in 5 mins. I love them!

I signed up because they had GPS which I think is a fantastic tool. However, only having 1 tractor serving Manotick area really limits your ability to serve the area. This results in driveways blocked by city plough snow piles and really not making sure driveways are clear when I need to go to work at say 7AM. I'd love to give you a second chance but need to dedicate more tractors to our area. Good response times and fair communication.
