My wife and I recently received our brand new Aspen spa purchased from Steel City Discount Spas. The spa is gorgeous and very easy to use. Jorge and his staff were excellent throughout the entire process, keeping us in the loop with the delays due to covid and always available to answer the MANY questions we had. We are located in Innisfil and Jorge made sure to hire the proper professionals to come deliver our tub. We highly recommend Steel City Discount Spas for all your hot tub needs!

JP and his crew came to my place in Cambridge to check my tub. Turns out it did in fact need a new pump, which the service guy actually had on his truck! That was awesome. We also had a leak from the tub. He had to come back to repair that since it was a different part, but he came back and got it done! The tub is like new again and he saved us a lot of money! Thanks JP and team! I highly recommend Steel City Hot Tubs.

Jorge at Steel City was the only one who was able to find the part I needed to repair my swimspa. Even the original retailer didn't have it/know how to get it and local repair guys wouldn't touch my swimspa. Jorge and his staff was the only one who came through and for that he deserves all the praise!

We are (finally) very happy with our Aspen Spa set up! After ordering in June, and many Covid related delays, we got our August order in early October. The delivery was very smooth, and guys had no issues getting the tub in place. They showed up right on time, and were in and out quickly and the electrician was able to come and hook it up that day!Owner Jorge is a good guy, and gave the best deal on a tub of similar size (We got the Eldorado GS) in the Hamilton/Burlington area, by far. Jorge also added in some good features from the ES model. We especially like the lighting, lounger and waterfall features.Once the tub was set up, Jorge took the time to explain to us all of the different chemicals needed to keep the spa clean in a spa school" the first time we brought a sample to be tested. Despite forgetting to give us a pH down by accident

Purchased an Aspen hot tub recently from Steel City Discount and it is everything that was promised to us. The hot water and jets have eased muscle and joint pain and we use the tub daily. Jorge has shown himself to be very responsive, knowledgeable, and more than fair in all exchanges and dealings. Encourage you to visit him if you are considering purchasing.

Back when we were shopping around, Rob answered our online inquiry out of hours, late in the evening and set up an appointment for us to come and in and meet with him the next day. We were very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge, and were happy to purchase our hot tub from Steel City Discount Spas. We were faced with unfortunate COVID delays in delivery of the Spa, however Rob and Jorge were very diligent and courteous in communicating updates to us along the way. Our Hot Tub is gorgeous and was well worth the wait! And it's great to know that we have support along the way when it comes to Water Care and Maintenance. Rob invited us in for Spa School and educated us on everything we need to know, and continues to be available for us when we need it! Fantastic service!!

We were delivered a brand new Aspen hot tub, from Steel City Discount Spas, in December of 2021. The hot tub had several manufacturing issues upon delivery - the biggest being a non-functioning waterfall. Jorge was receptive to fixing the issues initially, but as time went on, and the issues persisted, he began pushing back (aggressively), giving excuses, and then completely ghosting us. After trying to get through to Jorge without success (he didn’t want to hear that we were still having issues with the waterfall), we had no choice but to reach out the manufacturer, Aspen Spas, directly. Only then did Jorge reluctantly agree to “fix” the problem. Thankfully my husband was able to diagnose the issue with the waterfall (Jorge’s hot tub technician was unable to figure out the source of the problem). We were then told we had to wait for a part to come in from the manufacturer. After waiting for the part to arrive, the technician finally came, and never even used the part that we had waited for so long to be delivered. The waterfall does now function - but with a leaking control valve and a pathetic amount of water pressure. Over the course of the six months of communicating with Jorge in order to have the waterfall “repaired”, we were talked over, yelled at, and told we were ‘crazy’ and ‘out-to-lunch’. He also compared our almost $15,000 hot tub to a McDonald’s Big Mac - you can’t expect to get what you see in the commercials. The amount of time we’ve wasted making phone calls, sending emails, and trying to reach out to anyone who could help us is absolutely ridiculous. We recently filed a complaint with the BBB, as Jorge is currently in breach of the service warranty contract that comes with the hot tub. Jorge may try to discredit me and this review, but I have absolutely nothing to hide, and miles of email threads to back everything in this review up. I truly hope that no one else has the same experience that we have had with Jorge at Steel City Discount Spas.

We were in the market for a hot tub. We read great reviews online and decided to check out Steel City Discount Spas. Although the tub took a few months to arrive, this was no fault of the spa place. We had a special order and with Covid at its peak their were production delays.Rob and Jorge were good at communicating with us and letting us know the status of the order. They even helped us over and beyond their usual business. They personally moved our hot tub post delivery to our desired spot. We cannot thank them enough for their help and generosity.
