Brent was very pro-active right from the get-go and exhibited a sense of urgency in getting me a mortgage product. Once Farhan got involved in collecting the required documents, he was equally as diligent and determined. He was very open to answering my questions, concerns and problem-solving as we worked through the approval purchase. The amount of detail required was incredible and he was certainly on top of his game.
