What a great job Jennie and her staff do!! A friend came back to live in her home province from PEI and does not own a Dr Lic. Well service Canada requires Photo ID for OHIP (they do not look at birth certificats lol) Well her bstaff bin one day not only knew what was required but Did it all for Linda!!! Ending 2 weeks of frustration and panic,

Taylor at Jennie Stevens office went wayyyy out of her way to help us with a name change for my granddaughter. Which was extremely complicated. She was empathetic, diligent, understanding and communicative.
