Service☆food☆clean☆fastThe manager actually helped serve me. He was very friendly and courteous as was the entire staff plus they seemed genuinely happy. The baked potato was perfect, not dry. The burger was one of the best burgers I have ever had. The burger was cooked well and juicy, the produce fresh and the toppings spread nice not a clump together. It was a great meal in all ways 10/10

These fries were not hot or fresh I can't even eat them so I wasted money like how hard is it to make fresh fries and these workers really need more training like when I say plain spicy chicken that means nothing is on it I had say something to the person that was Making my food LIKE COME ON PEOPLE ITS NOT HARD TO MAKE FRESH FOOD

Had a perfectly good Spicy Chicken Combo here. Fries were crispy, but not overdone. The sandwich was hot and juicy. Drinks were cold. They got a slight part of the order wrong, and I see that tends to be an issue at this location. If the franchisee or manager reads this, just have your order takers listen a bit better and your reviews might improve.

The staff are friendly and great to serve you!! They're pleasant and they enjoy their work. All smiles and fast and efficient!! Went in just at closing time and they were eager to still fill the order! Thank you for being patient and pleasant. I'll definitely be back!!

This service was horrible, girl on the intercom wasn't listing to a word I said and got my drinks wrong. Get upto the window and guy serving me wouldn't say a word to me. I handed him my coupon and he rolled his eyes and put in the new price. After that I said thank you and he gave me a dirty look and just walked back into the kitchen area. Once I got home I realized my son's food wasn't in the bag either. By far the worst and most inexcusable service I have ever had. I live locally and I'd rather drive 30 mins to Belleville then go back to that waste of my time and money. 1 star wasn't low enough of a score for this place.

Primarily use the app and pick up at the drive through. Service is very good and the people are pleasant. Food has been hot and fresh each time. They are a nice addition to Picton

A sparkling new location with great service and dependable quick service food. Recent coupons received in the mail meant a two-can-dine lunch was the most affordable meal out in a long time.

irs a brand new wendys . usually get salad and potatoes, but got burger combo, Dave's double, and it was really good.

I'm not sure if this is all Wendy's or just this one but Dave's Single was on sale for $4. I ordered a combo and it was $11 so I asked them if the sale was on and they said yes if you buy the burger but not if you get the combo. What kind of business charges more for an item when it's combined with other items then you do for that single item by itself? I'd be interested to know how many sales they've lost by people canceling the combo like I did and just getting the burger!

They have not had my order correct for the 5 th time I drove home and tried to call so I can see if I can get the mistake corrected next time. But they haven't even set up their answer machine either.
