I’ve been coming here for years since I’ve had braces and Invisalign. I now come for my cleanings regularly. Nice staff and clean office.The hygienist that I see is very friendly and gentle and very clean. I remember giving him the TV remote one time and he used a napkin to pick it up so he wouldn’t contaminate his gloves before continuing dental work on me. I thought that was nice.The hygienist I used to see before him .. I felt like touched everything and wasn’t very clean so I’m glad I switched hygienists within the office.

I have nothing but the best to say about Dr. Cziraki, Sarah and Bev and the rest of the staff at Clear Advantage. They are very kind and understanding and have made my daughter Angela and myself very happy to have the best service possible.

I must commend Dr.Cziraki for her outstanding care of my daughter’s case.We recently moved to Vancouver and was recommended to see Dr.Cziraki at Clear Advantage. My daughter was halfway through her orthodontic treatment plan (braces) and her original doctor reassured us hers was a straightforward case for another doctor to continue. She only had another 6 months of braces to go.We got quotes from 2 dental clinics and were shocked - we were told her simple case was complicated, requiring surgery and 2 more years of braces. The cost would be the same as the full treatment we had committed to paying back home - which meant we’d be paying more than 50% more overall in total.When we went to see Dr.Cziraki, her conclusion was the same as our original orthodontist’s, and she charged us a very reasonable fee that meant the total fee was what I had needed to pay originally.My daughter’s teeth came out perfectly, and she even finished her course early!Not only that, when I asked Dr.Cziraki if my daughter would indeed need major surgery on her back teeth, she patiently and clearly explained why this was not the time to consider such surgery, she would help monitor the situation and as her teeth grow in she may never need such invasive treatment (which is what my doctor back home had mentioned). I am forever grateful to the doctor for her patience, skill and ethics in not setting us up for unnecessary expensive surgery.

I’ve been at clear advantage for 2 years so far getting invisalign and braces. The staff are very nice and friendly when I come in. They’ve done a great job straightening out my crooked smile! They also provided a seamless removal of my wisdom teeth.

⏱️The treatment is good, the staff are kind, everything is nice other than their schedule.The doctor kept me waiting for quite a long time, no matter what time I arrived (early/on time/ late).The wait was usually 15 mins, which was not ideal yet fine, but I’ve been waiting for more than AN HOUR today. If the doctor couldn’t arrive in the office on time, why should the clinic schedule patients way earlier than that?Then they asked for my review today so here I am. Very disappointed with the time management, hope they see this and figure out a better plan to improve.

I want to appreciate Dr. Cziraki and her nice team I have been a client for two years and I have experienced nothing but respect, support and great teeth health from them. They have been so patient with the insurance and have done things for my good. They gave me the nicest natural smile that I have always dreamed of!

Dr. Cziraki is really sweet and good at her work. She is very patient. All of the staff is really friendly and hard working.

Great customer service and flexible payment options. I am currently doing normal bracelets and I am pleased with how my teeth are already looking. Definitely recommend this clinic as I have been to other 2 clinics and so far the best

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with their service. They failed to fulfill their promises and showed no responsiveness whatsoever. It seemed as though their primary concern was to schedule appointments for financial gain, rather than genuinely caring about the effectiveness of their teeth-fixing and alignment procedures. It's clear that money is their main motivation, and they disregard the true purpose of their profession.
