I the black color I got was way off, even though I gave them my paint code, and the paint doesn't not even stay on the primer, does not even matter how many times I have redone on the same spot because of the failed paint.I ended up using the universal black paint from Canadian tire, it's way better than their products.As for the clear coat Pro Foam" that they sell is absolute garbage. Honestly it made the repair part looks way off

Working with Cole was by far the best customer service I have gotten at any auto body supply store. I came in with a paint idea and was very indecisive and had a hard time picking the right colour for my car. Cole took his time and went though the booklets with me he mixed different paints untill we came up with the final product (that was no easy task). If I had to recommend a place to buy any of your car supplies CHC is the place to go everyone is down to earth and focus on making sure you get the best service possible .Thank you again for having the patience with me from start to finish Dr Cole

Very bad service from new owners. Stopped by at 10:30am to get a part colour matched. Told me he will need some time. Called them back at 1:50 and they said it will be ready in 20 min and they will call me. Never received a call within the hour. Called back at 2:50 to the owner telling me that it won’t be ready today. To match and mix a half pint of straight yellow base. Do yourself a favour and go around to block to marsan auto body supply. Left chc went to Marsan and got it matched and mixed within 10 min with way better prices also. Terrible customer service from Chc.

Very poor customer service skills and not friendly at all. The person at the front desk was annoyed at my questions and seemed bodered. Didn't even acknowledge that I was there, I had to say Hi / Please and thank you" WOW... Never going back there again and not recommending CHC to any of my friends and relatives. If I could I wouldnt even give it one star. Oh and to top it all off
