Amazing service! We came home from vacation to a very cold house. Our furnace stopped working. Shawn from Vanheat came shortly after our initial call and provided service with a new furnace installation the next day first thing in the morning. They were on time, professional and explained everything very well. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend this company.

Van Heat went above and beyond to install a heat pump system with very difficult conditions. They stayed late until the job was finished and working properly. They were responsive, knowledgeable and courteous where other contractors refused to do it. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

For the past couple of years Vanheat has serviced our house and coach house, both of which have separate radiant floor heating systems. Our current 10 year old inline heater had a leak so we asked the Vanheat team to replace it. I'm very impressed with how the Vanheat team is easy to work with, they do what they say they will do, they show up on time, and they are responsive. Shaun in particular has been great to work with. I can see why they get so many 5 star reviews. Highly recommended!

I had a Borsh ductless heat pump installed 5 days ago. Overall I was happy with the installation. The techs are professional, and courteous. They look as if they know their job well. Very speedy and coordinated. Shaun who is the coordinator of the install tried his best to make sure the carpet was protected from the debris and the install was smooth. The clean up was also very efficient. The electrician took a half day to wire and the techs took one day to finish the install. I would recommend their service.

We experienced a no-heat situation with our gas furnace. Shaun from VanHeat was quick to return our call and attend for a service visit. Our furnace was an older model and we opted to replace the furnace and thermostat. There was no delay or supply chain issues with the replacement. All work was performed to our satisfaction the next day, at the agreed upon price and within the quoted time frame. Shaun helped us when we started hearing funny noises from our existing furnace. He promptly came to diagnose the problem that was not fixable, unfortunately. He presented us with various options for replacement of the furnace and answered all our questions about possibly adding a heat pump. He thoroughly explained what a full heat pump / furnace system would entail cost wise and how it works. He was not pushy at all and helped us analyze whether or not our specific house would benefit from adding a heat pump. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the furnace vs added heat pump systems and addressed all of our concerns, to help us make an informed decision. We decided on only replacing the furnace with a variable stage blower furnace that has higher btu to adequately heat our whole home. And perhaps later on, adding a separate air-conditioner only in areas of our home that need it.We would not hesitate to recommend Shaun and Vanheat to anyone! I reached out to this company for a second opinion about work I recently had done, and they responded quickly with a very thorough email which explained some details that the company I dealt with was not able to explain to me. I really appreciated it because I know nothing about gas boilers. I will definitely use their services in the future based on how they treated me even though I am not a customer yet.

My 85 year old Aunt’s old boiler stopped working on a Saturday morning and her usual heating company wouldn’t answer their phone. I googled heating companies and noticed VanHeat had great reviews. I called their emergency line and got a live person right away. I explained the problem and he arranged for Shaun to come out within 2 hours. Shaun identified what was wrong and took the time to explain the issue to my Aunt and then he phoned and explained it to me. The boiler was kaput and needed to be replaced. Shaun told me he would try to locate a replacement boiler and get hold of me Monday morning. He called Monday morning as promised and told me he had located a mid efficiency replacement boiler and could install it the next day. He and his crew came over promptly Tuesday morning and the new boiler was up and running perfectly by 4:30pm.I can’t say enough about how professional, patient, polite, and careful Shaun was. He was considerate of my Aunt and, rather than just phone me, tried to explain to her what was going on and what he was doing. He called the next day to ensure the heat was working properly and if we had any questions for him.My Aunt and I were so impressed we immediately decided to use VanHeat going forward for boiler maintenance and all other heating needs she may have. Can’t say enough about them.
