Just finished this delicious food tonight. Worth every penny. The staff are super friendly as well. I’ve tried a few Chinese restaurants but Jack’s will be my go to now.

Jack's Chinese Restaurant
Never been to this restaurant before since were from Vancouver. Gave it a shot cuz we were in the area and Google had high reviews of this place.We arrived at 5:05pm and server took our food order promptly by 5:15pm. Then 4 tables of 2-4 patrons were sat after us (I know this for a fact because I was facing the door) and their order was taken subsequently afterwards. By now the restaurant was full since there was a large 2-table family party. I overheard the owner/manager say that delivery times were 1.25hrs and takeout was 25mins indicating that they were clearly busy. We patiently waited for our order, but then to my surprise, I noticed that the table beside (sat and ordered after us) received all their food. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as maybe their dishes weren’t as “complex” to cook as ours. We ordered garlic stir fried GaiLan, salt pepper squid, chilli pepper chicken, Yeung chow fried rice and hot sour soup- really not that complex honestly. But then, the other 3 tables got their order in after us. All of these tables (which were Caucasians by the way) received their food one after another and 2 of the tables even paid their bill and left before we got our order of 4 dishes. We got all our food at 6:01pm.I’m not trying to generalize, but this led me to believe that the restaurant chooses to service and favour Caucasians over non-white (despite the fact that our table was all Chinese and this restaurant is clearly owned by Chinese people)The Experience and service was very poor. Food was decent actually but definitely on the saltier side.We will not come back to this location unless we’re with our white friends so that we get even service.

Jack's Chinese Restaurant
Ordered take out around 8pm on a Friday, food was ready within 15 minutes. Prices were decent and comparable with other restaurants in the area. Food was hot and tasted fresh, lots of flavour in all the dishes. This will be our go to Chinese restaurant from now on. Would recommend, try it out!

I always go here when my in-laws are in town. One time I was missing an item and they made a note of it. Called back months later to make an order and they had it noted and gave me a free item. Great food and service.

Always good food. We are treated very well. So nice to eat in and have the food piping hot.Chinese tea is great, and the simple won ton soup with crunchy water chestnuts and sesame oil is my favorite!Eggplant,Kung pao chicken,Beef Chow fun rice noodles.More than enough food for the two of us to have leftover dinner the next day!

My Husband and I went to Jack's Chinese Restaurant tonight for dinner and we were both very impressed! The ginger fried chicken was the best we've had, the dish came sizzling hot to our table, was so fresh, crispy and delicious! The Singapore curry noodles and the chicken chop suey were also very good and fresh. The service was great and the dishes served nice and hot!We will definitely return!D&M

We ordered take out for the 1st time ever and couldn't be happier. All the food was really good and the portions were big. We ordered the dinner for 4 and had plenty leftovers for lunch the next day.

Enjoyed my meal from Jack's today. Ordered plain chowmein and 2 egg rolls which were priced very reasonably. Chowmein had good flavor and aroma. The noodles were a bit thick but that is purely a personal preference thing and didn't take away from the dish. The egg rolls were good but I didn't feel blown away. They were a nice size and had good crunch with a delicious vegetable filling. Overall, good meal and would recommend to others.The restaurant was also busy upon arrival which eludes to other dishes probably being good as well.

We ordered from you on Sunday for dinner. Loved the delivery service - on time(10mins early actually and we liked it!), very kind.We realized 1 item was missing though - we ordered 11 items but only received 10. We think the fried rice and the noodle are overpriced compared to what ‘s in it.
