Tim and team consistently provide friendly competent service. Never feel we received a repair that wasnt warranted.They have been fair with their pricing and stand by their work. Helped us out on short notice more than once. Highly recommend.

The nicest guys!!! My car stalled by their shop and they helped me push it off the road for free and helped me get a cab for me and my kids and checked it out a bit for me too. Wouldn't take money when I offered either. Amazing humans!

Told me parts were hard to find for my vehicle. I found the parts and he wanted to charge me extra for getting the parts ... lots of good shops around...but not this one.

We have used D&S for as long as I can remember and have always been happy with the honesty of Tim and the team. My last trip in Tim actually showed me the issues with my truck and explained clearly that it would be advantageous to replace required parts as to save another trip in a month or two. They take great care of our work vehicles, our daily drivers and our fair weather cars have even been serviced there. Thanks folks and keep up the excellent work!!!

If only I knew this was the pace that has been scamming people and ripping them off for years, I would have never went...only to see it for myself. Tim Turner LIED to a retired mechanics daughter whose boyfriend checked and verified the repairs for the safety, only to find out the company screwed with the repairs as well as making everything seem much more needed when it was not needed what so ever(only to overcharge) I would NEVER advise anybody to trust D&S as we checked everything and they said the windshield fluid wasn't spraying as it was once we took the car back

Ask them a question (staff is knowledgeable) and you will receive your item in a few days if not in stock. Just double check if the part it correct (do your homework) as their end they are doing it perfectly but it is not necessarily what you are looking for.I personally don't care for people chewing gum when talking or burping and not excusing themselves .... beside this point please consider them for all your needs and wants for auto parts.

My wife pulled into Napa with a van that was smoking, just after closing.... An employee in the office was able to re-route a rad hose to by-pass a cracked plastic splitter. At no charge! My wife was able to make it back to Chatham with the temporary repair. Excellent customer service.
