I just completed a full package of chemical peel and microneedling. I'm glad I came across Kriti. She's the best as a professional, I've met this far. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Kriti never pushed me to rush into the services she offered. She gave me the time and liberty to choose the service after the initial consultation and of course I was pleased with the results after the first session! 100% recommend.

After my mom convinced me to finally get a facial, she took me here and I loved it. After just one treatment, the bumpy texture of my skin was gone and my skin was so much cleaner. Kriti doesn’t just apply random things to your face either. She explains in detail everything she uses on your skin and helps to educate you about your personal skin care needs. Her services also extend beyond her clinic as she calls to check-in on your skin after your visit. I cannot wait for my next facial… thank you so much Kriti! (My skin thanks you too!)

I went to Kaaya for a Brightening Facial, and it was everything I was promised. Kriti was kind enough to explain the procedure by each step prior to the facial itself, and even during the facial she'd warn me of the next step and what to expect - which was much appreciated! Kriti is an amazing and passionate skin therapist. To be honest as a guy I didn’t know how my first experience getting a facial at a beauty spa would be like. Kriti made my experience so comforting. She is very knowledgeable and honest with her recommendations. She’s not pushy and only suggests what is needed based off your current condition. She also did a great job on educating me on why I was experiencing my breakouts and sold me some great products to prevent them from coming back. The atmosphere in the spa room was so calm, and she played some really cool music. All her products were up to date and the room was so clean. Her pricing was also very reasonable. By the end of the appointment, she had my skin looking so vibrant and had me feeling confident. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to share this same experience to book with her! I have been going to Kaaya Skin Solutions for about 3 + years now … from Brantford to Erin and now all the way to Brampton. Kriti is seriously so so amazing!
