They’re so unprofessional they did a mistake instead of helping me Jessica try to blame me on some thing that I didn’t even do. I emailed them so many times for simple things they didn’t even respond properly and because of them I had to pay extra money . I don’t recommend them at all.

Received a phone call from Bruce Powell in Foots Bay to solicit insurance quotes at 9:30pm, which is unusually late - inconsiderate. After I explained to him the quote I saw on lowestrate.ca is not as competitive (he works with this site to get leads), he immediately hang up. No goodbye, no appreciation, nothing. I wouldn’t think anyone would place any trust in a brokerage like this. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.

This man is very unprofessional and a scammer. I gave him money and there was some complication and he refused to give me back my money! When I tried coming in contact with him he refused to contact me back and ignored all my calls/text. Don't ever do business with him!

Not impressed! When we first contacted them - took 3 months to get our insurance certificate. Never returns emails or phone calls. Changed the premium at the last minute. Not Happy

Absolutely terrible experience. Super unprofessional and I never did receive my pink slips or details of insurance. Was charged ridiculous premiums and my attempts to cancel the policy not only cost me in major cancellation fees but took WEEKS of arguing with the broker until I finally contacted the insurance company directly.

Customer Service is definitely not your forte neither are your insurance rates. And that was enough incentive for me to switch to another insurance company.
