Needed a service call for some faulty smoke detectors at my home. Tim & Pierce arrived on time, assessed the situation and took care of the issue straight away. Tim came to troubleshoot some light switches that weren’t working and quickly identified an issue with our electrical panel that had gone unnoticed by past electricians. He quickly identified the issue, provided a quote of the service and resolved the issue. He was professional and courteous. I will definitely be calling Captain Electric for all of my electrical needs.

The staff was very good at follow up and confirming appointments ahead of time as well as letting me know when they would actually be onsite, to the extent of calling to let me know they were on their way.Kevin was very thorough when he came to look over the job and give an estimate and was consultative throughout as I had several questions as well as alternative scenarios. On the day of the installation he took the time to explain everything and walk through the installation as well as take the time to ensure that everything was working as expected. Overall, very happy and would use Captain Electric again.

After a recent move, I used Captain Electric to install pendant lights over my kitchen peninsula, change a few light fixtures and also install a surge protector on the main electrical panel.I found them to be very knowledgeable and completely professional. Everyone that I dealt with at Captain Electric were extremely pleasant to deal with. The electricians showed up right on time, were also extremely pleasant to deal with and knew exactly what needed to be done. I would highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

We have used Captain Electric to upgrade our breaker panel, install a backup generator which were huge jobsand install a charging station in the garage. The entire team from office receptionists, the owner to installers have been fabulous. They are very organized, efficient, timely, friendly and excellent communicating plans timing etc .I highly recommend Captain Electric.

Captain Electric is an impeccable company. Communication with every representative is polite and straight forward. Tim showed on-time, took his time to understand our requirement and plan what needed to be done to provide a quote for the services. Once we agreed on the work, they immediately started and finished in a reasonable time. They cleaned after performing the job and left everything as they found it. Captain Electric is not the cheapest option out there, but the value they provide justifies the price point. I will definitely contact them for future jobs.

Mitchell was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained what had happened to the wall socket. He also provided how much the service would cost before going ahead with the service and provided with an estimate if I wanted to update my electrical panel. etc. I would recommend capt electric to families and friends
