Great service and experience all around. Cindy, Sean, Jim and the crews were extremely polite and made the entire process painless. If I had an issue, they were quick to respond and were genuinely concerned about my level of satisfaction and overall happiness with their work.Would strongly recommend this company to anyone requiring tree services!

They are highly overpriced. I got similar service at 1/3 of the cost from another contractor.Don't show up on the day as committed, and quality of work is poor. I am never going back to them.

C&D removed four massive 90+ foot poplar trees from my front yard. Previous companies who have quoted me were clearly intimidated by the job as they either never showed up or didn't complete the job. C&D pulled through for me! They came within a few days of giving me my quote and the job was done in a couple hours including cleanup. I am impressed and happy with their services. Owner and receptionist are very friendly, professional and easy to deal with. I also used them again for an urgent last minute job. Super happy they came to my rescue! I DEFINITELY recommend 150%!

I hired C & D to cut a massive tree on my property that was getting dangerous for my garage and the power lines. They came and did a fantastic job removing the tree and stump and leaving nothing behind and filled the area with quality top soil.

I had to get an old, rotting tree removed from my front yard. The 3-man crew was very good and over 3 days they cut the tree down, grinded the stump and cleared everything away. They were polite and professional. They were worth the cost.

If your looking for a highly skilled, professional, reliable, and reasonably priced tree removal company in the Cornwall area then C & D Excavating and Tree Service is your only logical choice.After a frustrating 3 years of working with 2 other Cornwall based tree removal companies, all we got were no call backs, no shows for scheduled appointments, inconsistent and fluctuating quotes, and unreasonable preparation requirements such as partial fence tear down, patio stone removal and even a request to move a 16’ storage shed. Delays from these incompetent, poorly run companies resulted in additional costs to us for the repair of neighbors fencing and yard clean up when a large part of our partially rotten tree broke off last year.Finally someone recommended we contact C & D Excavating. Within (1) week, they showed up to evaluate the job, gave a reasonable quote, set a removal date requiring absolutely no yard reconstruction and removed our 3 story tall tree within a couple of hours after arrival.The team of young men that did the job were friendly, polite, professional, highly skilled and considerate of our needs. Their goal was to make sure we were 100% satisfied with their work, and went the extra mile by even cleaning up yard debris that really wasn’t part of the tree removal project.C & D Excavating and Tree Service will be our company of choice for all future tree service needs. Highly recommend. We had called for a quote to prune some dead limbs and unfortunately the tree couldn’t be saved as it was sick and presented a danger. They were quick to come out and give a quote and the work was done within days. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and fair price. The whole team was such a pleasure to deal with. We used C & D to remove a number of rotten or dying trees in our backyard recently. They were very prompt in their arrival and work, and friendly to deal with. They removed the trees very efficiently! However, they did drive machinery through our yard and completely tore it up. The workers said they would be back with topsoil to fill in all the damage, but when we called we were told that would be an additional charge (we already paid $3000). So, our experience is a bit of a mixed bag, unfortunately!

This company sells wood on Kijiji. Their ad says professionally cut". I ordered 8 chords. Was told it would be delivered on Saturday morning. Nobody showed up. I called and they said that they could be there in the morning. Sunday morning dropped off 8 "professionally cut wood". As you can see from the photos....I called and asked to have them come clean up the dirt
