The staffs at this servus centre are so friendly and lovely... Everytime I visit the branch, I always feel like at home.They usually do more than usual to satisfies their customers. I will recommend this branch for any of your services and business transactions...

I can't wait to switch banks Service is the worst bank and does Alberta the least amount of proud. Get your money out!!!!!Ps I wish I could rate them negative

Absolutely the worst bank to deal with. Staff has been gutted, no management, third party credit card rated worst in Canada by equifax, unable to do basic services because of bad policies, can't even close accounts and get money out, literally no effort to correct a problem with incorrect information in their internal account notes that sent them on the wrong path... rude and frustrating and not at all understanding of what clients have to deal with... online banking is the worst in the industry and doesn't connect to their foreign run credit card company directly. You just should never ever deal with this company and this location in particular is not good.... except for a big parking lot.

A little slow, but after dealing with the workers and management at Delton Branch this place is great.

Great location with free customer parking. Easy access for all. Cash machine is available. The staff is friendly and courteous. I have been banking at Servus Credit Union for over 25 years and have always been happy with the service. I like Servus because as a member I get a rebate every year.

Fantastic service and the best help setting up a mortgage that I have experienced!

They helped me find the best interest rate on my investment and then without me even asking they looked at my business account and found a way that would save me about $13.00 a month in service fees. It is nice to deal with people who are looking out for you like this.
