My fiancee and I purchased our wedding bands at this store and were assisted by Laurel. I've had to return to the store several times for sizing issues and she has been friendly, patient and helpful throughout. The prices are reasonable and we thought they had a nicer selection of rings than some of the other shops in the mall. A good spot for jewelry in Kelowna and a great team.

Although I was not able to find what I was looking for, Kira went all out to inquire and follow up with me. She was most attentive and offered me other alternatives. Generally speaking my various experiences here were positive. Great customer service!

I definitely wont purchase anything more from this store i bought my fiance ring their and the diamond fell out less than a 2 months. So i take back the ring to the store and they send it off to get the diamond replaced it took over 5 weeks for my fiance to get back her ring when she gets back her ring she started to wear it again then another diamond fell out less than a month so i call and they told us we are going to get a new ring so we take back the old ring and they told us its going to take 3 to 4 weeks for my fiance to get her new ring and it had been over 7 weeks now and she still haven't get her new ring and it had been so embarrassing for her people keep asking her where is her ring. I called the store twice and i keeps getting different information about the ring. I was also going to buy the wedding band from the same store but after this experience I definitely change my mind

Im extremely disappointed with the service I received from the kelowna branch and unfortunately will not be recommending this jewelry store to anyone. Me and my husband bought our wedding rings (we went non traditional) in the Orchard Park location we live out of town so getting back to the store right away has been difficult especially since my father and grandfather just passed. I purchased a beautiful ring from this store but unfortunately the ring I got is extremely sharp and has done permanent damage to my finger.i went there this past week to see if I could exchange the ring for the exact same ring but because I had worn the ring they would not replace it even though 3 of the ladies in the store all agreed mine was sharp and the other exact same one was not. They offered instead to polish the ring and pick it up in 7 days which was not Feasible for me as I live out of town and do not understand how polishing a ring is going to make it less sharp. Im hoping I can leave a picture with my review because my finger is really bad like I mean scarred. Honestly I’m gunna talk to my lawyer because this isn’t cool at all. Polishing a defective item is not a solution. And having me drive for eight hours to pick it up also is not. If I could leave zero stars I would. Im not impressed.

I have been going here for years, and am always pleased with the service. Staff are friendly and attentive. Whether your in to purchase jewelry or just needing something small like a ring sizing, they are always helpful regardless. I have always been helped by Arlene, and most recently Don, and both seem to recognize my husband and I each time. Thanks Don for the great service!

Kira helped my fiancé and I so my throughout our selection of wedding bands. She was always easy to get ahold of, and kept us updated on the progress of our rings being made. They are beautiful, and we will definitely go back to Kira for any jewelry in the future!

Highly satisfied with the service from Laurel Z, and Jesse. I came in looking at rings and a watch and was treated very kindly and with lots of genuine care and interest by Laurel. I work in a high end customer service industry and I know what good and bad service is and I had no complaints at this store. I then came back the next day to make my final decision and Jesse was amazing at taking his time to help me try a million different options as painful as it probably was lol. Last but not least I had a concern with my watch from Bulova and I came back a couple days later and it got exchanged out with no second thoughts by Jesse as he agreed with my concerns. Will be for sure doing and recommending business here. Thanks again you two
