Unfortunately off to a challenging start. I am surprised this LTC home it is allowed to be open. It is old and physically appalling. The staff are lovely but working in an outdated home where there is not enough room to put a walker in bathroom.. mother-in-law fell out of bed first night and laid for how long. 71 residents on nights for three staff such a statement of how we value the elderly and the staff who care for them.

The administration deliberately doesn't fill shift vacancies by phoning on-call PSW's and allows it to run perpetually short staffed instead to avoid paying wages. The union there also shares blame for being too inactive and uninvolved to advocate for a solution. You're supposed to be caring for seniors, not exploitating them for profit. What you're running is a despicable environment for both the residents and staff. You belong on the front page of newspapers.
