We just had a very good experience renting the StarCraft bowrider/deck boat. The office staff (Mikayla I believe, in particular) was friendly, the yard worker that launched the boat for us and then received us back at the end of the rental was helpful and efficient to get us on our way. The boat itself was in good condition and served us very well on our nostalgia boating trips around Balsam Lake and through the Rosedale/Fenelon water locks. Thank you FFM for having this type of boat to rent, it was not easy to find something that wasn't a fishing boat or a pontoon boat.On the boat itself for other renters, it was the StarCraft deck boat with 90hp Yamaha outboard:Pros: Very easy to get in and out of the boat, excellent space inside for 4 people, nice high canopy that even I at 6'3 can fit under and we could find shade

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I showed up 2 times when the boat was supposed to be ready to take and was not as previously discussed. When inquiring about the boat I had Glen, Heather, AND there son all trying to communicate with myself about the boat but then never communicated amongst themselves on any questions they asked or answers I provided. Aside from this, communication to Glen was difficult and frustrating when trying to get a hold of him. You’d think that when I was willing to spending 10’s of thousands of dollars at a business they would treat you respectfully and as a customer, this was not the case with this “business”. I would go weeks without answers or having a sense about what would be happening with the boat.Furthermore, the absolute disorganization was apparent when I actually arrived at the marina. I sent our deposit on the boat a week in advance just to show up and be accused of not sending the money so that’s why the boat wasn’t ready. When Glen checked his email he found the deposit from a week ago. The second time I drove out to take the boat for a test drive (because it was used) they assured me on the phone that it was all set and ready to be driven and there would be no issues when I were to show up. The boat didn’t run once in the water and again they wasted my time. Glen personally said he would compensate me for my time and did not follow through with this just like ever other aspect of this potential deal. After this incident I requested for my deposit back which took a week for him to answer just to say it was sent out to me already, which it wasn’t. Finally, two weeks later I have received my deposit… with no compensation for my wasted time.Steer clear of Fenelon falls marina

Fenlon Falls Marina are very friendly and professiona.We just bought a 2022 Yamaha PWC and the customer service was excellent!Went through everything with us and answered all of our questions.Great place to buy all your adult toys!!Thank you again Glen and everyone at the Marina.

The owner and his team treated us exceptionally well, our entire purchase process was painless. Glen went over our machine with us and made sure we understood everything he was showing us. Overall we had a great experience with this dealer

We have been coming here for 2 years now to winterize our boat and had a bit of a hiccup with the unveiling of the winter shrink wrap and noticing some minor damage to our boat cover. Brought it back and Aaron immediately went over and above our expectations of rectifying the issue with no hassle. Leaving us extremely happy we have chosen this marina for our boats needs! We had the chance to take a wave runner to see what we thought. The staff are amazing to deal with, especially the ladies in the service department. They are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and we really appreciate the follow up! Definitely will go see them to buy a new one.
