I come here for all of my car repairs. The service is well done and timely. The service techs and staff have been friendly and informative at all my visits. They have a drop box where you can leave your keys and a note for overnight dropoff. Also, coupons can be found online to help save a bit of money.

Brought my truck in after getting brand new tires mounted on for alignment. the mechanic argued left right and centered that I need 2 front scruts even though the truck was just recently certified from the dodge dealership and I had the tires mounted from another shop that also said there was nothing wrong with suspension on the truck . Then tried to refuse to do the alignment because of the issue with the suspension then finally they brought it in the shop to find out there was nothing wrong with the struts i was very much so not amused I would not recommend anyone to come here because there's nothing but a scam artist

I had a tire emergency, and had amazing service! I was greeted with a smile and a friendly face by Gates. My service was done by Joe and Ian, what nice guys! There was many issues not just with my tires, but rims, bolts and so much more. I was informed at every step, and the service was performed to the highest standard! The coffee table in the waiting area was moved to me, so I could work while I waited for my car to be ready. Talk about going the extra mile! This was my first time there, and after my experience, they have gained a life time customer. Thank you Gates, Joe and Ian! Keep up the amazing work!

I want to preface that I have been going to Midas for many years and have been a loyal customer. We have always been treated respectfully and always when fixing our cars have always given us the best option to keep prices affordable.Recently I did have an experience that was very frustrating and that was I required the AC to be fixed - Compressor was broken - this was to be fixed using my warranty.I have been dealing with DAN" for almost everything when it comes to old cars and my new "old" car Kia Sorento. Dan looked at the car assessed the car and made sure everyting was under warranty and we booked the appointment. He ordered the compressor. I brought the car in on Tuesday the 19th - and Dan was sick. Noone knew what was going on ... They did not have the part for the car or they could not find it - they wanted to know what the warranty was - because they did not have it - and really it was a mess and very upsetting for me. They did not fix my car on the tuesday - and they didn't let me know until the end of the day. Dan was back on the wednesday and was very apologetic - it then turned out when he went to fix the car the compressor was the wrong one and he had to call me at the end of the day to tell me that --- I was not happy and very disappointed as I was now without a car for the 2nd day. Dan assured me the car would be fixed - the right compressor would be ordered and my car would be ready by 12:00 on Thursday. Dan was as good as his word - My car was fixed it was all covered under warranty and I had my car at 12:00 on Thursday. It was a frustrating experience because there was confusion with Dan not being there -- People were very nice and apologetic but all in all this experience was hard for everyone - I will continue to go to MIDAS - but I feel everyone should know what is happening in a business when a key player is not there.... I can also be a better customer - I learned that as well. Anyway I have my car AC is working - so off we go until the next adventure. Thank you!!!!!"

Very good service. Car was ready on time. Took me into the shop to show me what was needed. Repair estimate was accurate. I will be back again.

I was looking for a reliable place for a full synthetic oil change where I could get an appointment within a couple of days. Midas on The Queensway South in Keswick did not disappoint from the ease of requesting an appointment, having the appointment confirmed within 30 mins & them being on time to take my vehicle in for servicing. Excellent, friendly & professional customer service. We'll be back for a vehicle inspection, AC repair & our future vehicle servicing needs.

Very friendly and polite from the initial phone call and when I took my car in for the first time for oil change and inspection of other issue it had. Took time to explain everything to me, answered my relevant and non-relevant questions. Very fair pricing.I plan to go back as it is also a very convenient location.

I had a tire valve that would not take air , instead of replacing the valve and charging me they fixed the rubber o ring and let me know that the repair was free of charge , not too many places that would be so honest , definitely will be returning for future work !

Paul at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Dan the manager sat down and explained everything in detail to me (I don't understand cars very well). Over all great experience and services was nd I will return when needed!

Both my wife and I had to get major repairs on our Hyundai vehicles, we got more service and High quality service over a 2 week period, then we ever got from the Hyundai dealership over an 8 year period. The guys Dan and Joe, the senior mechanics and business owners of the Midas in Keswick are very knowledgeable and well seasoned, in their skills. I highly recommend the Midas in Keswick for all your vehicle needs. Quality work, very fair pricing, solution focused and they set the bar high for customer service.
