Left the store. We came here to buy a few items we saw on line but we were not even greeted although there were 2 men behind the counters and doing nothing.

It took a while to get my items delivered with online shipping, but that is because a few items had to come from the states. I got an e-mail to let me know when they would be delivered and the gentleman that brought it to my residence appeared very friendly. The slow delivery is not their fault because the one item a long shade in the size I wanted is very had to get. But for my two lights I got one light he was not sure if I had the correct bulb so they included one for me. This proves they care for their customers. Thank you Living Lighting

Can’t recommend this place enough. We used this store years ago for picking out a few light fixtures and have found ourselves going back recently to get assistance from Lara and team on picking out all of our light fixtures in our newly built home. The process was so smooth and Lara was amazingly helpful in lending us her opinions on what may or may not work. Whether you need help from something as small as a lamp shade to planning out lighting in a home renovation or new build, this is the place for you.

Our experience with Living Lighting Etobicoke has been fantastic. My husband dropped in for a quick look and within 15 min had 10 useful tips. Over the course of a few weeks Marco and his team helped us pick out all our lighting fixtures for our new cottage. It is a big project and we were overwhelmed at the choices and how to make everything fit together, but they made it easy for us. Their selection is fantastic and their prices are reasonable and competitive. Thank you for all your help!

Needed a porch light urgently but wanted to be Covid safe. Lara from Living Lighting was fantastic. She did some personal shopping for me and had some excellent in stock choices for me to review on line. Paid over the phone, picked up the product, took minutes. Thank-you.

Excellent Service!A big shout-out and thank you to your resident lamp repair expert Richard for replacing a damaged socket with chain on a favourite table lamp. We're very impressed that this repair was completed within a week at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

My husband and I decided to stop by Living Lighting Etobicoke because we were building a new custom home. After going to many other lighting stores, we are so glad we came here. The personalized service made all the difference! The staff and Lara in particular were so patient in helping us choose fixtures for our entire home. I must also say that they have access to all brands at better prices. They were able to order anything we had in mind from their extensive catalogs. Their expertise helped in making sure we chose the right fixture for each space -- not a simple feat given we had to choose where wiring was being done during the framing process. The staff here are not very helpful or friendly. I wanted to purchase a light from the store, the staff seemed very frazzled and was told that I should come back another day because the light I wanted to purchase was not in stock, and they are closing soon so they don't have time to take the showroom demo down for me. I called back a couple of days later to order the light instead, and was met an equally unfriendly tone. The rep just took my order and payment information, and said 'ok, it's done'. I had to be the diligent one in asking about expected delivery date, terms of sale, whether they will notify me when it arrives etc. I've bought a ceiling fan from Living Lighting on King, and the experience was fantastic, it was night and day. I suggest you avoid this location as there are much better lighting stores in Toronto for customer service.

The staff at living lighting helped me buy bedside lamps. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted. I had looked in many stores and were unable to find them. The staff went through their catalogue and found exactly what I wanted. The lamps are made in Canada. They were slightly more expensive than then the cost of a similar lamp made overseas. The quality is amazing, and I am so happy. I have no doubt that I will be happy to keep them by my bed for decades!! I am so happy with the lamps that I went back and ordered another pair for my parents. I appreciate the time that the staff member took to help me find what I was looking for, and that I could trust their advice enough to take the leap of faith and order them from the catalogue, sight unseen.
