Standing in line. Waiting for about 15 mins now. All I want is a coffee. Only 3 people ahead of me. All 3 orders were made wrong and had to be re-made. 6 staff in a tiny work space, all fumbling over eachother. Cracked tiles and a wet spot below a dripping beverage machine (I've never seen it not like that) Wifi is on but rarely works.If I see it the tiles like that tomorrow I'm calling health and safety and reporting them. Someones going to fall and hurt themselves and I'm pretty sure rules and laws apply to business owners too.

After I hit the road with my takeout, this is what I received as a chicken sandwich... First time I've seen this small of a portion being served. Not impressed.

Never have food passed 830 9, but there open till 11. I work construction it's nice having something warm to eat late at night after working all day... EDIT: Went ordered coffee for me and my coworkers and my bagel, sat there and waited and waited and waited only for the guy who ordered after me to get his sandwich, so I said I paid for my bagel I can't wait any longer next time I come through can I please get one for free turned around said thank-you and left with just my coffee... again...

Seldom get order correct. ESPRESSO machine has been broken for weeks. Bring back the previous crew they had a system of fast friendly service. This has not existed at this location in months.

Worked for 8 months here,would not recommend!!! Very rude supervisors, always hard on the employees, they dont care about good quality they're only concern was the timer in the drive-thru and because of it so much pressure from the customers, make a mistake, the one of supervisor will tell your doing everything wrong without helping you improve on it, in a most aggressive way.I almost cryed a couple times because how toxic is can be, I had to walk away and quite the same day the amount of disrespectful is ridiculous, im usually quiet and a nice person i never was disrespectful to them, i do just did my job and go home!, I've always being told not to lend on a counter for a second cuz I was tired and my feet were sore from moving nonstop from 8hrs shift, not to talk to people or your co-workers but they could have a full conversation in the way of people working talking anyone and laughing at the back which is the kitchen having a good time while its rush hour and their employees would need help but they only help when were done talking to each other and it would seems like their miserable but that still no excuse to be treated as such.Treat your employees better!!!!

Ordered sausage and egg breakfast muffins and didn't get cheese on none of them...I guess snooze ya loose....Also poor customer service.

Often stop here, on my way to Cape Breton. Typically get a crispy chicken sandwich from Dairy Queen, while some of my riding companions often get the Tim Hortons chile, which is also quite good.
