Amazing little Motel! We stay ever year and every year they knock it out of the park. Clean, accommodating convenient location, updated. Pool is real nice. Dan was so good, he really made the stay better! See you next year Green Acres!

Absolutely beautiful room! Excellent front desk service! I honestly have no complaints, if your looking to have true Kingstoion service check this place out. Thank you again for everything we will be back !! Excellent for kids as they have a seconds room with doors to put the kids down for the night without waking them up. Absolutely everything thing is in your room already! Super super clean!!

We have stayed in 15 Hotels/Motels this Winter and Spring travelling from Nova Scotia, Canada to Texas and back. Green Acres Inn in Kingston, ON was by far the nicest, most comfortable, cleanest and well appointed stay we experienced!!

The folks who run this place are fabulous. Always asking how they can help, and coming up with unusual ways to do it. Like supplying coffee filters so I could use my own coffee in their coffeemakers, being welcoming to my dog, or shoveling out my car after a snowstorm when their contracted plough hadn't showed up yet and I had to get to work!I highly recommend this place to others.

This hotel/motel has been around for a long time. Although dated it is well kept and comfortable. We had a suite (room 43).Well located for everything Kingston has to offer. Price wise the hotel is similar to others.

We were pleasantly surprised with the rooms at this place! They were cute, clean and comfortable - they even had a welcome bed and treat for our dog! The pool was open and looked clean and my daughter had a swing on the set.

Wow - What a spot! This was our first visit to Green Acres Inn and we couldn’t have been happier with our room. Our room was spotless and the grounds were impeccably kept, with lots of different seating areas for guests to enjoy. I didn’t try the pool, but saw others enjoying it during our 3 night stay. Excellent location, close enough to all of Kingston’s hot spots and historic properties. Green Acres will definitely be my new go-to when in the area and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

What a little gem! Rooms were clean and very quiet despite being right on a main road. Customer service was excellent and it’s very centrally located.

The pictures online are not what you would expect from this hotel. Pictures are the pure work of someone's fantastic editing skills.This hotel is not as warm and cozy as the pictures suggest. The hotel itself is on a busy main road, so the green space does not feel private. The place is dated and the garden can use some upkeep. So many mosquitos and bugs make it impossible to sit in. Inside the hotel room you get a humid, sticky feel. AC is loud and makes it hard to fall asleep in. Not enough light either. Furnishings are dated and appear worn. Bed post was broken. Would not return.

The room itself was a bit dated but clean, well maintained and we had very good service on the phone and while checking in - these are motel style rooms, and it's not really an inn. They're right on the main road and close to restaurants and amenities; downside was that we heard lots of noise from traffic and trains at night, keeping us and our dog up. This was a good stay, just not the luxurious kind that one would expect for the price.
