I would give this a 0 star if I could- At first it seemed to be a legit business. I went in for my free consultation and left a 100$ deposit for treatments. I was no longer able to go through with my treatments and called to cancel 3 weeks before my 1st appointment. I asked for my 100$ deposit back as well. I never heard back. So I called a 2nd time and left another detailed message- still no answer. I called a 3rd time, same story. Finally, I got a call to confirm my first appointment on January 4th. I explained I had called to cancel 3 weeks prior and never heard back. The women who called worked for a different dermaclaire location and was unable to reimburse me my deposit but promised to have the owner at the this location call me back the next day. It's been over a week and still have no heard from them. Do not go here- the service is awful.
