Horrible quality for the price. What ruined it for me the most was that the employee had her head down on the counter and was sleeping while i was waiting for her to serve me. I was shocked!!! Extremely overpriced for the stale, old food you get.

Good location for people taking public transportation or living nearby, free parking not always available. Cool design and decoration, especially the high ceiling and large front windows.Quality of beverages including taste may vary from order to another, especially the ones with infused flavours. Last time I ordered an iced tea and it was very watery and lacking flavour (check the image). Generally I like their coffee but I'd recommend to ask them whether it's a fresh brew.

I go there time to time.I really like the place it is a good place where you can kill time.The cofee is just like any other place but way more expensive.Most things are really not worth it.Fast service and friendly staff.

Made clients wait with their coffees in their hands for 5 minutes due to problems with their till. Which is fine and happens.However, they couldn’t fix the problem, so they took all the coffees out of their clients hands whom they’d made wait.They’d rather waste the coffee than show a little class.

No one was working when I came at 8:45 in the morning, I mean how dangerous is it for someone to come into the store and there is no staff. I waited for over five minutes with other customers calling out for someone. Is there no way for the staff to know if there is someone upstairs. I left and came back and saw a girl working. I went in to tell her that I called out multiple times and no one came. Her excuse was she was in the kitchen and that she was only gone 5m. It was more than 5m. Makes no sense to me that someone would be in the kitchen in the basement at 8:45. What if there were people in the morning who needed their coffee? I missed my bus because of this. And she just told me, well I’m here now. What kind of response is that? What kind of customer service is that? Regardless the place was low stocked in food. Only biscottis and cookies to sell. What a terrible experience.

Amazing cannelé dessert; after one bite, I went back and got more! Wonderful filter coffee, hot and fresh! The donut was gross, don’t buy it. Nice ambiance and decor, and plenty electric outlets for phones and computers!

Nice cozy place to study with ambiance on a sunday. Soft music playing in the background. I took theur matcha latte and a chocolatine for the first time at this location.All I know is during the weekdays it gets pretty busy on that street since the Station Cote Vertu is next to it, but will go back again
