Argyle Physiotherapy
I had spinal surgery in early January and started physio with Jess two weeks later. Having been quite limited in movement for a couple years, Jess helped me immensely through my early healing and then to build strength and mobility as the weeks passed. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough and is a professional in her field. I’ve had physio many times over the years but my experience with Jess was so caring and positive that she is the best I’ve ever had. I’m so happy to have had her for my treatment after this surgery. I would highly recommend her and thank her deeply for her care.

Thank you to Nicole for getting me on a path to wellness.After 2 years of Covid being here and less activity my body was pretty stiff and sore. She has given me plenty of exercises, treatments and just basic knowledge that I'm better equipped to handle what ails me!She is kind, patient and so willing to help in any way. She is gentle when hands on and always asks if it's OK or painful.If something doesn't appear to be working then she has a new idea to try.I appreciate the treatment plan and have noticed a big difference in how I feel.

Kyle is extremely informative and easy to work with. He supports you every step of the way, giving exercises to do at home, and is super encouraging and kind. He has helped me tremendously with a couple of different issues now, and I highly recommend his services!

I had a great deal of shoulder pain that was affecting daily activities, particularly sleeping. Jessica accurately evaluated the problem and within weeks my shoulder was sooo much better. I love that the exercises prescribed are available on the app and Meagan was great at helping to introduce and review these. I would definitely recommend this clinic and would return if issues were to arise again. The entire staff is friendly and professional making the experience that much more positive.

Jess has been a great help with my shoulder impingement. She has been very professional, patient and has been great at explaining my issue and the approach she is taking for a full recovery. Everyone at the clinic has been amazing. They are friendly, approachable and make you feel welcome.

I’d like to Thank & highly recommend Argyle Physio to whomever is in the area. They have great, caring, incredibly knowledgeable staff - And I’m presently under the care of Nicole, who is amazing! Not to mention the Desk Staff who look after so many of the other details - In particular, Priscilla, who really manages the accounts with diligence & makes dealing with Insurance companies seamless! I always feel so much better, than I did when I arrived! Thank you!!

I recently finished being treated by Jessica Armstrong who absolutely knows her stuff. She turned my very sore left knee into a fully functional one in only few sessions. Besides being competent at their job, all the staff members that I came across with were super friendly. Thank you ladies for taking care of me while providing a very comfortable and friendly environment. Shout out to Kristy for her bright smile and enthusiastic greetings. :)

My experience with my physio guy Kyle is great. At first it was my tennis elbow and it feels better now he's working on my heel spurs. He very good at his job. And explains what he doing and why. Answers all my questions. Very pleased with everything.

Kyle and the rest of the staff are very nice and personable. all the staff are very competent. I loved how the programs were not set in stone if I didn't like and exercise they would remove it no question asked. I had a wrist injury at the time and they were always able to accommodate me. all and all a great physio and a great experience.
