I've tried others and got ripped off. The mechanics at big time auto where honest and fair.

Rob and Stu are the most honest and trustworthy mechanics I've had the pleasure to work with. From oil changes to major repairs they are always there to provide unmatched service along with their years of knowledge.As a small business owner my output revolves around my truck, any issues I've had with it have been quickly diagnosed and resolved. They are willing to work with my schedule and always deliver as promised!

Since introduced to Rob and Stuart i haven't gone anywhere else for work on my vehicles. Honest, fairly priced and good work. I live out of town but i still come into the city for repairs and maintenance. Much appreciated guys!

Needed to find a new mechanic since moving to vaughan area. I was loyal to my past mechanic in Oakville. My Acura required front brakes service. A friend recommended Big Auto, Rob did the service. Rob and Big Time Auto was recommended to me by a trusted friend and I can totally see why. They're fast, efficient, offered me the best price and were completely honest and transparent when it came to diagnosing my issue and putting together a quote for me. Service was very quick and Rob made sure everything was a-okay before I left the shop. Best team and service around as far as I'm concerned.

You will not be disappointed.They’ve been servicing my car over the last few years for whatever I need done and everything is perfect with great, and honest pricing. Recently, I took my car in because my AC drain pipe was clogged and I was getting water coming into the car. They were busy but they still took the time to get my car up on the hoist to properly clear the drain pipe which took almost a half hour because they wanted to check it all out and it was a bit tricky to get to, etc. I wanted to pay them but they refused and said, “all good brother, this one’s on us” :) Excellent people. We need more people like this in the world!!!
