Simply the Best. This is how I would describe Counter Tax Litigators. The partners (Peter, Natalie & James) and their staff went above and beyond to help our firm. If it weren't for this law firm, our family run company (since 1930) would not be in business today, period. They not only were on top of everything that CRA and the MOF were throwing at us, but they were there on a daily basis keeping us informed of what was happening and to advise on our next steps of action. I can assure you from personal experience that this Tax Law Firm and Peter Aprile are a guaranteed way to not only lose money but to watch it burn in front of your eyes well having arrogant, incomprehensible, and ignorant statements, regarding your tax case hurled at you!One area which Counter Tax and Peter excelled at was completely forgetting to communicate anything from the Government back to their clients! Not a phone call, no email, nothing!You can also rest assured that whatever lawyer begins your case will not be employed long enough to see your case through to completion. If you are lucky, three separate lawyers will not only have their hands on your case, consecutively, but will charge you for the time they spend getting up to speed as the previous lawyer has left the firm.I have never been more repulsed by another human being then I have by Peter Aprile.
