My daughter and I visited the store in Port Elgin on Friday March 25th. We spent a substantial amount of money that day on clothes, including a pair of Volcom Jeans. I wore them a few times and within a month they ripped - in a spot that I would not have expected them to! (Obviously a manufacturers defect) I brought them back to the store today and they would not do anything about the faulty product!I must say that I am quite disappointed. I try to shop local and support small business but I must say I will not shopHere again! Poor customer service!!!If it had of been a store in the mall they would have gladly replaced them

High priced surf/ski brand wear (brands like Volcom, Quicksilver, etc) but a worthwhile stop if you're a tourist and forgot to pack a swimsuit or want to do some main street shopping.
