We’ve had great experiences using Kari! Prompt pickup, reasonably priced, friendly staff and very easy to use app! Thank you for bringing such a great service to PE.

I spent 5 days in PEI for business and was a bit nervous of trying the ride-sharing app. I found it to be very user-friendly and economical vs. renting a car.My drivers were all friendly and informative. You can see where your car is coming from and how long it will be. In my 10 or so rides they were occasionally early but never late.You should note the location of your pickup before booking, or give a clarifying remark to the driver as a couple of times the location was a little off.Another thing I noted was that the drivers were all quite complementary of the Kari service. Nobody seemed angry or anxious to complain. It seemed that the business model was a bit more fair to the drivers.

Booked a ride from the airport in PEI. Driver was on time, friendly and polite. Completely hassle free experience. I'm not sure how this differs from Uber or lyft (their app even has the same looking user interface), but they're doing a good job!

I had a bad experience about Kari as follows: I book Kari on 28th June 2023 afternoon. However, I was waiting for Kari driver a long time but I did not see him while he said that he arrived. Finally, he canceled and I saw him, he drived by very fast, I called him but he did not stop.And a while later, he turned around and said that he can’t take me. Though I could not ride but I still being deducted. I contacted Kari and they answered that they did not agree to pay me back, but then they said that they only agreed to pay me 50% of my money and said that if I had a bad experience with Kari, delete Kari’s app and use another means. They shocked me so much. What a horrible experience!

I just want to say how nice it is to deal with Kari. I needed to book rides for my son and he always gets to his appointment on time. I love the service, they are friends, on point and it helps me a lot. Thank you for your service

The car arrived as expected. I got home safe at a fair price. Very convenient. Plus it’s always great to support local.

its worst service i saw in my life .i booked kari on 10 of april and they cut my money and again next day i didnt book but they again cut my money. without booked taxi so dont trust kari if you wanna safe your money . i will not recommend to any body. Worst experience ever, when i book the ride, they change my drivers every few minutes , and often they get me late ever .i will give 0 rating.
