I got a facial done again at Vivo and thoroughly enjoyed the service. They did a really good facial while providing the best massage that helped my body so much. The overall ambiance and services were really nice and very soothing and calming to the body. My one piece of suggestion is to please make sure that you complete your service in a timely manner. Waiting 20-25 minutes in between each facial step is extremely long and time consuming for the client.

Best service and the only salon I go to! They do a great job with waxing and nail services especially!

I have started to get my eyebrows and facial threading/waxing done about a month ago and the results lasted almost 3 weeks. Jas is a perfectionist and makes sure the job is done in a clean manner. She’s super sweet and gives great advice without pushing any of her treatments or products on you. Highly recommend

I went to get my body waxed with Sonu and she also threaded my eyebrows. It was an absolute wonderful experience. The waxing was not painful at all and my skin was left feeling all smooth. Sonu was very kind to me, and she was always making sure that I was OK and it made me feel very comfortable. She also fixed my eyebrows and thanks to her they look great! She really took her time with me and overall, I would definitely recommend anyone to go here to get waxing and eyebrow threading. The place was welcoming and super clean! The prices were also very good!!

Best experience ever had in Vivo for facial and massage. Ambience is very pleasant, and the services offered is very good. Usually i get last moment appointments for facials, which they can accomdate always!!Highly recommended for facial, and eyebrows.

Would never go backI purchased a groupon to have a brazilian wax done at this salon. I called the salon and made an appt. On the day of, I called in the morning to see if I could come in earlier and was told they did not see my appt time and someone would call me back. After not receiving a call back for 2 hours, I called again and spoke with someone who gave me a different time to come in. When I got there, the atmosphere was not welcoming at all, no one said very much to me so I told the only worker (who was doing a customer's hair), that I was here for a wax and she told me to sit down.When the woman who was supposed to do my wax came out, she told me to go into a room, which I did. When I was undressed and ready to begin, she got a phone call and left the room, which I found to be extremely unprofessional. When she returned, she began telling me that due to the texture of my hair, I should get a different wax, one I had never heard of and which was not included in the groupon, for an additional $25. When I told her I didn't want to get that one, she told me the wax included in the groupon wouldn't work. Which if that was the case, they should look at including a disclaimer with the groupon that they sell. At this point, I did not feel comfortable at all, and decided it would be best that I get no service done at this place.I would suggest that they definetly work on there customer service skills and professionalism, if they want to attract new clients. I preferred to waste the money I spent on the groupon, than have a service done at that establishment. I would never go back there again.
