Ordered 1 piece chicken and spaghetti meal combo at the drive thru. I was informed there was a 15 minute wait, and I said I was willing to wait. At pay window, I surprisingly got my order, no wait! However, I was later disappointed when I got home as they had given me the wrong order. I was given the palabok/chicken combo instead of spaghetti/chicken. Disappointed. Lesson: check your order before leaving.

Tried Jolliebee for the first time last night. Sharing a pic of what I received as my three piece chicken dinner. Judging by the reviews this is a frequent issue, I didn't check my order as they handed it over in a sealed bag.Besides not getting everything I paid for, the fried chicken and sides were mediocre at best, pretty tasteless and lacking the crunch factor I was expecting.Definitely won't be trying a second time.

OK this was a seriously fun experience. I went to this one after seeing it profiled in the states and HAD to try the spaghetti side with hot dog slices in it.I have to admit it; I'm now a fan. This won me over and I love the pineapple drink.A great place for a fast low cost meal when driving through the area.

When I heard there was a Jollibee in Durham region I was so excited and of course had to try it. I'm really happy with all of the food overall and the peach mango pie is a unique treat that you can't find elsewhere. For me the taste lives up to its hype. The wait time for chicken sandwiches is unfortunately always very long, longer than if I order a bucket. For this reason I started avoiding sandwiches despite being my favourite item on the menu (or I do delivery).

Probably my favorite chicken sandwich as far as fast food goes lately..always crispy crunchy and favored great. Sadly the only thing this place doesn't have is friendly staff. Every single time I go its some miserable teenager who doesn't smile, isn't polite, and almost rude over the speaker. If it wasnt for the taste I wouldn't ever come back here...

Went there with my son for a treat (he loves fried chicken). The cashier was very nice and the menu is really simple.The finish area is very clean as was the washroom.The chicken sandwich was great. Awesome breading on the chicken. It was crispy and moist and tender.I had the fried chicken. It was also crispy, moist and tender.The pies were fantastic. My son really liked the peach mango. I tried the pineapple and coconut. The filling was sweet, but not too sweet.Next time I go I want to try the spaghetti.It is with trying out. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Family friendly, good amount of tables but still fills up during peak meal times.We bought takeout from this location several times, but recently tried the dine in. There is no service" at this restaurant

First time visit on multiple friends recommendations. Really enjoyed the deluxe fried chicken sandwich. It was at least as good as Chick fil A which is my personal standard yardstick for chicken sandwiches. Fries were ok. Pineapple drink was good - not too sweet. The spicy chicken sandwich and the spaghetti with hot dog slices were also good. If management reads this I’d suggest doing something about the excessive static playing with the radio music though it wasn’t too annoying. Regardless I’ll definitely recommend and we’ll be back.

My first time I was actually heading to another place in the plaza and thought I would give this place a try. Waited a very long time for food which would be fine if it was hot and fresh. But it wasn't fries where honestly cold. So I tried my sandwich and it was cold. So I walked it back inside. And the staff where great just made me new stuff all hot and fresh. Like many other reviews the fries taste wierd almost like dirty potatoes. Didn't eat half my small fries. Also ordered a spicy sandwich and there's nothing spicy about it at all. The chicken in the sandwich was big but highly processed. Nothing natural about that piece of chicken even tasted of chemicals.Staff inside the store was great lady at the drive through window didn't understand or speak English very well not a good place for her to be working.Probably won't be back

Today's staff was friendly and polite. Dine in area and washrooms, very clean! This was my second time trying the fried chicken and it was much better than the other location. I don't like the fries but I feel it is a personal preference because to most fries are fries. I usually don't eat pasta but my family ordered a spaghetti which I had a couple forkfuls and I have to admit it's pretty good aside from the hotdog or whatever meat is in it. I would actually buy the spaghetti again! The giant Jollibee is a nice touch.
