I have been going to see Lois for over a year now and could not recommend an RMT more than this practice. Lois is a very knowledgeable practitioner and always have provided a great service. I always leave feeing better then when I walked in the door and am always provided with great information and exercises/stretches to do at home to help improve problem areas until my next appointment.
