Ultimate Steps Dance Studio

My two children looked forward to every hip hop class at Ultimate Steps Dance Studio. Miss Lauren is amazing with young children, she is very compassionate and understanding and through her building up my children's confidence, they finished the year absolutely proud of themselves! She always puts the students first, and all of her dancers feel safe and appreciated. We had an incredible experience, I highly recommend Ultimate Dance Studio!

My daughter has been dancing here with Ms Lauren and her team for two years now. From mom and tots to mini dance and will be doing jazz/ballet this next term. Ms Lauren and the other teachers are amazing with the girls(and boys) They show patience and talent in teaching the basics to my daughter. So happy we found this studio, we will continue coming as long as she has the love for dance! Highly recommend!!

Lauren Tasker has been teaching in my Grade 3 class for the last 3 years. My students absolutely love her because she is very motivating and fun! She provides teachers with a rubric to use for assessment and a permission form that you can send home to the parents. She comes into your class for 4 sessions that are 50 minutes in length plus a dance recital where parents can come and watch their child perform. I highly recommend her to come into your school and teach dance. Keep up the great work Lauren!

I can't say enough about Ultimate Steps Dance Studio! Owner and Dance Teacher Lauren goes above and beyond to create a welcoming environment for dancers of all levels. My daughter loved mini-dance classes, the summer princess camp and can't wait to start taking ballet and jazz this fall in the new studio! I recommend this dance studio to everyone I know because Lauren's positivity is contagious and your child will love every minute dancing their hearts out!

Ms. Lauren is the BEST! She worked with my students to create a really awesome dance that was age appropriate and met all their ability levels. Her lessons are high energy and the kids LOVE her. She is positive, encouraging and creates an environment that allows all students to learn and challenge themselves.Having Ms. Lauren in to teach dance has been one of my favourite learning opportunities for my students.

Ultimate Steps Dance Studio (Lauren Tasker) taught dance to my Grade 5/6 class this year and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Lauren was extremely professional in her approach and was very accommodating when setting up a schedule to come to my school. The dance recital at the end of the four sessions was a great idea… and the parents loved it! Lauren provided all the resources I needed for this experience, including a permission form for parents and an assessment rubric for me to use. Her classroom management was fantastic and my students loved every class. Lauren's enthusiasm, knowledge and confidence made every student feel comfortable to participate in an inclusive and safe environment. Lauren was great with the kids. I will definitely be booking Ultimate Steps Dance Studio to come back to my class next year. Thanks, Lauren, for a great experience.

Can't say enough about this studio. Very well organized and run. All of the teachers are the kind of people you would want as role models for your children. My child has experienced so much growth as a dancer, and as a person. Great job during the shut downs keeping dancers engaged as well.

My daughter did the ballet/acro class this past winter with Lauren and she absolutely loved every moment of it! We loved the class combined into 2 so she was learning a little of both. Being so young, she's still learning what activities she enjoys and this was great exposure to both for her.Lauren and her team were wonderful with the girls as well! They taught them some amazing skills and the most adorable dance!We were especially impressed with the end of the season dance recital. What an incredible job they did with all the students and organizing such an amazing showcase!I would highly recommend Ultimate Steps!!Thank you Lauren and your entire team for such a wonderful experience! We have been with Ultimate Steps for four years and my daughter has enjoyed every second. This dance community is positive, inclusive and fun. Miss Lauren is awesome with the kids and my daughter absolutely loves the acro class! I never hesitate to recommend this studio to friends.

My daughter has been going to modern dance here for a few years and she loves it. Between the teachers to the dances she always has a good time. This year we get a show back again so that’s a big plus for her and she’s very excited. The studio is nice and clean and well kept, and everyone is friendly and helpful with the classes being decently priced.
