Place Jacques-Cartier
Very nice place especially during summer time. Lot of activities and festivals are being held there. You can see the fireworks, eat on the terraces, take pictures, look at the boats that are staying there for the summer. And if you cross the street you will be in the Old Montréal which is also nice to visit.

Nice location. Old and legacy buildings can be found here. Many festivals take place here. Be aware in the winter this location is very cold maybe because it is near a river, if you want to go out during the cold you should wear hot cloth and protect your feet and head.

Old Montreal's meeting square. This Winter, although the Christmas village is absent...the city still has enchanted us with Holiday lighting.

Place Jacques-Cartier is really a must go place especially during the summer season but tends to be extremely busy. The square has many store, Cafes, restaurants, bars, and street performers. This is the right place to spend few hours as it is once of the best celebration zones in Montreal. It is always active and stays late in the night.

Place Jacques-Cartier is really nice during the summer months but tends to be extremely busy. In the off seasons however it's usually quieter and a lot more relaxing. The plaza has a ton of nice restaurants, shops, and usually street performers or individuals selling their art.

Nice place for fun and family. Just don’t expect too much and you can spend up to 2 hours in the place and surroundings...

This is a very nice little stretch in the heart of Montreal near the port. Always lots of activities going on along with many different kinds of restaurants and shops to give you plenty to do anytime of the year. The warmer months are the best because everything opens up and expands out to enjoy the warmth of the sun. Once the light disappears though the fun continues late into the night.

A very beautiful street to walk in. There are lots of cafes and resturaunts in there and it's got a great view of the city hall and Nelson's Column. Really liked it.
