Wheels For Less

Came to get winters on back in November 2021, thought I was getting a good deal. This spring in the shop the dealer had to bill me 400 bucks for a nut extraction service because my wheels were over tourqued. Even worse they said every single wheel was overtourqued! To put the cherry on top, I called over a month ago and still haven’t got a response… do your research people

I purchased two tires in 3 months and the staff/management were extremely unprofessional and did not want to work with me. The first time they said it was a defect and the second time within those three months they claimed I must have hit something. There was no damage on the vehicle and I haven’t driven my car except for the same day getting a flat due to being on vacation. They told me I have to purchase a new tire at the regular price when I haven’t hit anything and it is the same situation the first time I came here where the management told me it was a defect. It is very unfortunate that the staff and management do not want to work with their customers. There was no damage to the rim and they are telling me I need to replace my rims and I have to purchase 4 rims and a tire to fix one tire. They left me tireless because I didn't purchase 4 rims and a new tire. Very disappointed with the poor customer service. I gave this review a 1 star because there is one staff who came over to me and tried to work with me, he was very understanding but its extremely unfortunate the management did not care to even converse with me.

If you want drive in the highway and die from your wheels flying off then give them a try. If you don’t then please save yourself the trouble and don’t even consider this unprofessional automotive company. I’ve brought 2 cars here… I regret it so much. They have done the job WRONG. Not once but TWICE. Driver side tire was installed backwards and missing a lock bolt. And for the other car the front tires weren’t installed properly either I had to come back after driving down the street and turn around come back and wait for them to figure out what the problem was and fix it again. They rush every single job that comes through that garage door and want customers in and out as fast as possible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My two front tires kept running down on my wagon and it was getting annoying, so I decided to come to Wheels for Less... It was my first time. They were friendly and professional. Within 30 minutes, I was out of there. Problem solved!! My tires don't lose air anymore, and I am very happy. I highly recommend you guys and I will be back.

Bought some rims from this place.I was “downsizing” for winter tires. Their computer software said it would fit, my research said it would probably fit but we did a fit-check ( w/o tire ) to make sure it cleared the calliper. ( car has the “larger” 312mm OEM brakes from factory ).Had to wait a bit for the fit-check as their service bays are crazy busy and the access area is tight. But it worked out fine.Tnx

Had an extremely pleasant experience with Lenny, his customer service is exceptionally great. I called in in the afternoon asked for quotes, he offered me a walk-in opportunity to get everything changed and done within few hours.I got a good deal on my rims and winter tires, I am happy and would recommend this auto shop to all of my friends. This guy scratches my new rims!!! After say it's not us...,but I did pictures before and after his job. I say 3 times be careful with rims.They have not good tires machines, use scroll bar - its for shep metal rims.If you like your car better go to other place.

I went to change my tire. They changed the tire and did not put the wheel center cap properly, so it fell off while driving and I did not notice. When I called and informed them of what happened, they took no responsibility for it and did nothing about it. I think a more suitable name would be Wheels For More.
