Medallion has been doing business with Reprodux for many years, but it still amazes me on how fast & efficient they get the job done! In the late afternoon, I sent in my order to get 220 coloured copies of a legal size, double sized, 4 panel, accordion fold newsletter. I received them the next morning and the quality of the print was great. A big thank you to James at the North York location for being able to make this happen!

I have visited this printing store three times now, and I must say, their service is outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Not to mention, their prices are very affordable compared to other places I’ve been to. The quality of their work is consistently excellent, and they pay great attention to detail. I have been dealing with this branch for almost 17 years.The staff are incredible and accommodating , and the communication is quick and precise if a request is not going to work or something like that.The quality of the work is outstanding and honestly I recommend them to everyone who asks me about printing shops!I most often deal with James and there aren't enough nice things to say about him :) Thank you for always coming through for us, even (especially) if it's a rush job. It is a pleasure dealing with you.

They are just the nicest people. Professional, courteous and considerate. On some occasions they did not even accept money for my small orders (<5 pages). Unlike most of the other commercial print shops which squeeze every penny from customers for even 1 page print.

Outstanding customer service! I had a very short timeline for my wedding invitations and James was able to accommodate my request to print on thick, speciality paper that I brought in. My invitations were ready in 30mins! I truly appreciate the quick and friendly service. I will definitely go again with any printing needs.
