DO NOT GO HERE! Gary will cut you off while arguing with you saying EVERYTHING is your fault! Very disappointed with his installation of my stereo (which was my fault because again everything is your fault), left wires showing, cracked the side of the one door installing wires, screwed up the one install on my amps... the list goes on. I BEG you, do not give him the time of day! Would rate a -5 if I could!

Worst dealing ever. For remote starter, I booked on 26th Nov.2021. He gave appointment for December 6th with the condition of advance $100. When I arrived to leave my car, he asked for the balanced full payment before even touching the van. I asked that I will pay the full balance when I will get it done and checked the work. He refused. After hard argument he agreed to refund me back. VERY BAD BUSINESS ETHICS !!!!

I bought my system for an older vehicle, the owner was busy, knowledgeable, fair and fast he even got the Kenwood rep on the phone so I could understand new technology better! The installation went as promised on time on budget. Very happy!

Came with my old stuff, Gary did a professional and clean job installing my old equipment in my Audi s5. Cheapest price in the area, free estimate but no sacrifice on quality of work. Even after a couple months, had an issue due to the age of my sub and Gary helped me to order some new parts. 10/10 recommend.

Purchased New Car Deck For My Ford. The owner of the place helped me with every step to show what I was looking for and what is good to have. He gave a price that was not too expensive and the best/ cheapest labor prices ive seen anywhere! DId a fantastic job at installing the unit and everything was neat and tidy. Great little shop! I seriously recommend checking it out!10/10 for this car audio store!

I wish I had read the reviews before going! I went yesterday at 9:45am when they supposedly open at 10am. I was there until 10:15 and no one showed up. I called and no one answered, I left a message and no one called back, I used the email written on the door and it was returned. I should have taken this as a sign because I came BACK before closing and Gary had the audacity to say he didn't have 5 minutes to give me and to come back next week so he can tell me what remote car starter model I have and therefore what remote to go buy for it. I found this whole experience EXTREMELY off-putting and unprofessional. His attitude and customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. I wish I could put a negative number for a review as this business seems to be lacking customer service COMPLETELY. I will be talking my business elsewhere and I hope whoever reads this does the same to avoid the treatment I received.

WOWThe worst place ever been rude, obnoxious. the guy doesn't even want to try help you or even make an effort. After I got a remote starter installed nothing but problems with it from day one & keeps telling me, he has no time right to now to fix it, told me to come back in a couple of months!What kind of place is this? I paid over $450 for a car starter that I can't even use & I had to go somewhere else for them to fix this guy's installation. Never again I'm ever come back here again.

Drove over forty five minutes to get here on a Tuesday, arrived just before 4:45 and no one is here. 2 signs stating they are open till 5pm. Tried to support a local business but i guess the internet is getting my money this time. Won't waste another 45 minutes just to show up to a store that should be open and isn't. This isn't the first time this has happened either.

Terrible. Walked in to look at some speakers for my boat, and he basically accused me of window shopping to buy on Amazon. Great way to push people out of the door.Edit: Yes, this would have been approximately 2-3 years ago. Cannot comment on the current status of this shop. But this is the correct store.

Any business who operates like this should not be in business. I went in one day to inquire about getting a deck installed in my car and ended up agreeing on a price to install. Gary (the owner) advised me I had to pay $30 up front for the dash kit because he had to order it and wanted to ensure he didn’t loose his cost on the dash kit in case I ended up going somewhere else. Long story short, l made the not so bright decision to pay up front for the entire job ($305). Let’s remember, the only part Gary had to order was the dash kit for $30 dollars. A couple of days later, I started having issues with my car in the following days and decided I better get it looked at before going through with the install. Went back to Gary and advised him I’m having issues with my car and going to hold off before installing the deck. Gary responds by saying well it’s not his fault that I pre-paid for everything and he can only refund me for the labour costs ($135) even though the only part he ordered was a $30 dash kit. When I called him out, he lied and said he ordered other parts when he knew full well he originally told me all I had to pay was $30. He then proceeded to tell me he’s going to call the cops on me for causing a disturbance. I told him to do that so I can advise them of how you like to rip people off without even doing any work. Gary is always right, and if you have an issue, there is no solution with him. Look at the other reviews, trust me when I tell you, avoid this place at all costs. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
