I recently went to UniglassPlus to replace my Civic’s windshield. Unfortunately, I had to come back multiple times due to an issue that was caused by the manufacturer. However, the staff at UniglassPlus were incredibly professional and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue.I would like to express my gratitude to the front desk staff and the owner Dan for their outstanding service and commitment to ensuring that my issue was resolved. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with their work.Despite the initial issue, I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication demonstrated by the staff at UniglassPlus. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of windshield replacement. Thank you again to the staff at UniglassPlus for your excellent work!

Dan and Mitch looked after the replacement in a timely manner. And got my vehicle back to me. Dennis in the office took care of all th paperwork with the insurance company and I’m back driving.

Had my windshield replaced after a stone hit it and cracked a good portion.These guys were very courteous, professional and prompt. They had some difficulty in getting the right windshield, but spotted the problem before it became one. The boss drove all the way to Toronto to get the right windshield and made sure everything went smoothly. They threw in a free ceramic coat on the windshield for making me wait an extra day, and apologized for the inconvenience. This is what good business looks like. Bravo to this team, keep up the good work.

Very quick to respond to my email inquiry and answered all of my questions. Had me booked in same week. Everybody was polite and professional. I had my front windshield eyebrow" tinted and it was very well done. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends."

Good people, nice shop, and friendly service. My snow scraper broke while trying to remove ice from my tinted window and it left a unsightly looking mark on my driver’s side window. I stopped in to see what my repair & pricing options looked like and the super nice folks working there came outside and assessed the damage. They then tried a few different ‘tricks of the trade’ and totally removed the mark from my window. I offered to pay for this service as I was so appreciative but he refused. Faith in humanity restored! If I ever need their help again I’ll be back for sure, they have a new customer for life! Five stars, highly recommend.
