Needed to order a new strap for my Omega watch and Mark the Service Manager was able to source out the appropriate strap for the watch. He was very easy to deal with and replaced the strap for me as well. Highly recommend this place.

WE have had our watches fixed by European Jewellery Yorkdale for years. WE always deal with Mark, the watch repair man and he is amazing. Very knowledgeable, and helpful .Not only he knows a lot about watches, but explains what is needed to do, and gives us complete peace of mind when leaving our watches there.

My fiancé worked with Joanne to pick out my ring. I absolutely love it. We first came to European Jewellery to look at the Verragio rings they carry. Joanne was very kind and helpful in letting me try the styles and figure out what I wanted. She then took over with my fiancé and she did an amazing job helping him along with the status of the order, the customization etc.Plus, I can bring my ring in for cleaning anytime I’m in the mall.Adam & I truly loved our experience there and would 1000% recommend if you’re looking for something special.

Made an order online for a Tissot. Received the item in 1 day with a handwritten note from the staff.Couldn't have been happier, that kind of customer service and genuine appreciation for customers is hard to find.Someone is running this place with integrity and I will 100% be a repeat customer.*update*I have now bought 3 watches from this store and Joanne always makes sure she goes the extra mile for me. Paid for an Omega accessory in FULL per boutique request early Jan an got a receipt stating SPECIAL ORDER-FINAL SALE" and was told 2-3 months wait for the item. To my understanding there should be no further talk regarding pricing. Last week I got a voice mail asking for a $20 + TAX as prices went up! Of course
