Hit or miss when visiting this location. If you arrive with a work or class rush expect to wait some time. I find most of the staff quick and good to respond to extra requests. Again watch for class rush's.

Ordered a cafe mocha, after waiting 15 minutes for it, I took a sip and it was just hot water...so I brought it back and waited another 15 minutes for a new one and then took a sip of it and it was just hot water again.

I really liked the potato wedges but then I went outside and it was windy and they blew away and I lost my potato wedges and that's very sad and it's been a couple weeks but I still can't get over it.

Slow service, often forget parts of orders, coffee is hit and miss. This location does a disservice to the tims brand.

Tim Hortons - Temporarily Closed
Fast service, great coffee , well stirred and was provided a quality meal by my server. Was provided full curtosy as well a hot plate that noone would complain about. Highly recommended to people new to the area. Great place to meet up before treking to the study hall of the tim hortons next store or before the library.

This Tim Horton's was previously run by Aramark food services and the service was terrible. It's now run by Chartwell food services and Chartwell Is also running this location very poorly. There are long lines, orders are often incorrect and they try to over charge you for many of the items. I hope that Laurentian University gets rid of Chartwell food services and moves on to a good food service provider............

Really slow service, gets orders wrong. Seems to be a lack in organizing the staff. Very friendly however!

Employees lack customer service. Extremely long wait times, and stale baked goods. Not a goods representation of the Tim Hortons brand.

Took longer than I expected but they were fairly busy and the product was of good quality so it was overall worth the wait since I wasn't in a rush
